Located on the south coast of Barbados just minutes outside of the capital city of Bridgetown, Palm Beach 509 is a great choice for a vacation travelers and also persons coming to Barbados for business trips. Unit 509 is positioned in such a way that it takes in some fantastic sea views and views of the lush and tropical gardens that cover the grounds of the complex.
 
The condo is extremely well outfitted, with an open plan kitchen/living area offering casual seating at the granite countertop and the patio offering dining at the marble table. The living room area is spacious with comfortable seating focused on a large flat screen TV. The covered patio also offers additional outdoor seating and lounging area which makes the most of Caribbean living. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned with en suite bathrooms, and the master bedroom boasts lovely sea views as well as access to the covered patio

No Smoking in bedrooms or in covered areas
Neither Smoking nor Vaping are permitted indoors.
Pre-arrival groceries are subject to 15% service charge + Vat.
Check-out is 12pm and Check-in is 3pm
Baby equipment rentals are NOT included in the rental price unless stated otherwise
Refer to Booking form regarding Guests not registered to stay at the villa
Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach is accessible only to guests staying on the Sandy Lane Estate
Facilities at the Sandy Lane Hotel are Not available to Villa Guests
Wash off sunscreen before using indoor furniture and place a towel down when using outdoor furniture.
Staff provided and hours of service vary. Confirm at time of booking

Additional Rate details

Please Note: Tipping is not included in the service charge and is at your discretion.A security deposit of $500 US is required.
A 10% Government Accommodation Tax Will Be Added To All Rentals.
1.5% Service charge added to all bookings.

Location!!


We have stayed here 5 times now, and each time for extended periods. Already booked for next year. The location is ideal with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Try Mama Mias, Tapas, Brown Sugar, Coffee Barbados Café to name a few. Boardwalk is a short distance away and a great walking spot. The Garrison and Race Track are only steps away.
