This beautiful beachfront home offers three air-conditioned, en suite bedrooms, a large open plan lounge and dining area, patios and outdoor dining and of course direct access to a lovely beach this property is perfect for romantic couples, families or the adventurous types that love to dive, snorkel and enjoy water-sports.
 
Seawards has also recently added a lovely splash pool which is ideal for cooling off after a hot day of sunbathing or activities around the villa.

No Smoking in bedrooms or in covered areas
Neither Smoking nor Vaping are permitted indoors.
Pre-arrival groceries are subject to 15% service charge + Vat.
Check-out is 12pm and Check-in is 3pm
Baby equipment rentals are NOT included in the rental price unless stated otherwise
Refer to Booking form regarding Guests not registered to stay at the villa
Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach is accessible only to guests staying on the Sandy Lane Estate
Facilities at the Sandy Lane Hotel are Not available to Villa Guests
Wash off sunscreen before using indoor furniture and place a towel down when using outdoor furniture.
Staff provided and hours of service vary. Confirm at time of booking

Additional Rate details

Please Note: Tipping is not included in the service charge and is at your discretion.A security deposit of $750 US is required.
A 10% Government Accommodation Tax Will Be Added To All Rentals.
1.5% Service charge added to all bookings.

Best Location....


This is one of the best locations in Barbados right next to a lovely beach. Looked after by Realtors who are one of the most respected Villa management Companies in Barbados, and the cook and housekeeper were brilliant. They prepared perfect lunches, and most tasty evening meals served on the patio by the sea or in the dining area to suit you.The Villa is kept clean and tidy and even your washing and ironing done for you. Three good bedrooms all with en-suite and two directly accessing the rear balcony which is ideal for your early morning tea.There is a very comfortable lounge area as well as a covered outside area. The plunge pool is also a bonus, and an option for cooling off. Good value and I would definitely recommend this Villa.

Great Location.


Seawards is a very comfortable home, located right on the beach. It is in a great location with restaurants and a grocery store just minutes away. Located between Holetown and Bridgetown it is easy to rent a car and travel around the island. Beautiful sunsets and nice back porch and back yard with a plunge pool. We enjoyed working with Kaisha and Dawn, they were so nice and helpful.

Everything was wonderful. The villa was roomy, beautiful and spotless. We loved the location. We explored the entire island and we love it! The scenery is amazing. Dawn was incredible. Clean and Comfortabel


The villa is great, clean and comfortable. Annette and Dawn are fantastic, keeping the villa clean and make a mean curry and macaroni pie, it would be good if the ladies could have a menu with the dishes they specialise in, it would really help when choosing dishes for dinner. The house ladies are great in arranging taxi\'s, but the yellow buses are also a great experience. The beach is on the doorstep, a little rocky as you first go in, but you are soon into lovely clear water, we had a resident turtle who regularly showed up, which was lovely. Jordans supermarket is really close, and they run a shuttle bus and are really happy to help you back with your shopping. We walked upto Wendys Bar for a very local experience:-)
