CLEANING PROTOCOL
Here at Naples Florida Vacation Homes, we not only professionally manage our vacation rentals, we professionally clean them too! In addition, out of an abundance of caution during this time, we’ve upped our cleaning procedures to make sure we’re doing our part to keep everyone healthy and safe. Beyond our regular cleaning, here’s what other measures we’re taking:
 
- Our housekeeping team is taking extra time to thoroughly disinfect inside the vacation rentals, especially on frequently touched surfaces like doorknobs.
 
- We’re providing extra cleaning supplies in the rentals if you want to do some extra cleaning upon your arrival. Hand soap is also provided at every sink!
 
- All of our sheets and towels are laundered off-site in our own commercial laundry facility which we control. We’re using the highest temperature settings for water to wash and heat to dry.
 
- Just to be overly cautious, our team has been instructed to limit in-person contact with all guests. We’ve switched to video chats and phone calls!
 
LOCATION & ATTRACTIONS
This premiere location property is as close you can get to the beach with no minimum stays. Located in walking distance to Delnor-Wiggins State Beach and Park, and one of the most popular beach locations; Vanderbilt Beach. Vanderbilt beach offers wide space for all visitors, gorgeous white sand surroundings, restroom access, and a beach concession where you can purchase snacks, chairs, cabanas, & beach toys.  The Sorrento Vacation rental is a short drive to the exclusive Ritz-Carlton, Downtown 5th Ave S, Naples Zoo, Waterside Shops, and Mercato; a hip & luxurious shopping and dining center. Why visit Naples? While there are many top-notch destinations for travelers visiting the state of Florida, Naples deserves a lot of attention. Located on the Gulf of Mexico in southwest Florida, Naples is well known for its beautiful beaches, variety of golf courses, and high-end shopping. And of course, you never have to worry about cold weather (even in January) when visiting Naples.
 
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
This open layout vacation home is secluded, newly furnished, and surrounded by tropical landscaping. The living room features a large flat-screen TV with a couch and sofa chairs. In the family room, there is a large sectional along with a dining table for 6. This sun-filled home also features a fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances, perfect for home-cooked meals that can make everlasting memories. This poolside paradise features a southern exposure pool and hot tub, perfect for catching a tan. Enjoy a cocktail and a BBQ outside with the gas grill and outdoor dining area in this private paradise. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and a private entrance to the courtyard. The master bathroom is a full bath that features a shower, spa tub, along with access to the pool area. The second bedroom is a private cabana room detached from the rest of the house. It includes a flat-screen TV, its own private full bathroom, a small kitchen area, and access to the courtyard. The second bedroom is perfect for a small family or kids because it features both a queen size bed, & twin bed along with a private full bathroom.  Overlooking the living room, there is a queen-size bed and a private full bathroom that is upstairs in the loft.

- Check-in time is at 3 PM. Earlier arrival can be accommodated for free based on availability.
- Check out time is 10:00 AM. Easy check-in & check out process.
- Not a long process like hotel accommodations, or meet us for the keys. Our properties all have smart locks, so you can check-in at any time by going right to the property and plugging in your code!

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN EACH VACATION RENTAL
 
Welcome Basket
Every rental receives a welcome gift basket which includes a number of essential items to get your stay started.  Our gift basket includes a roll of paper towels, a spare roll of toilet tissue (in addition to one new roll provided in each bathroom), a new kitchen sponge and detergent for washing the dishes, several laundry & dishwasher detergent pods, dryer sheets, kitchen trash bags, etc.  Several copies of our vacation guide are provided to give you ideas on places you can enjoy visiting while in Naples. Also provided are some other thoughtful items like popcorn, coffee, lip balm, note pads, etc.   A single bottle of shampoo/conditioner is provided for those folks who either forgot to bring it or are here for a very short time and were not able to bring it with them in their carry-on luggage. Hand soap is also provided at every sink.  The items provided are designed to get your stay started, but are not intended to last the duration of your stay. Guests staying longer than a couple of days are expected to purchase and replenish their own items that they consume.  
 
Toiletries
In consideration of the environment, unlike the practice at many hotels - shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, facial tissues, and other toiletries are not included.  Cleaning Supplies Also, while there is generally a broom, dustpan, and vacuum available at each vacation rental, we do not provide cleaning supplies and cleaning tools at our vacation rentals. Your vacation rental will be professionally cleaned before you arrive and after you leave.  Mid-stay cleans can be arranged through our office for an additional charge.
 
Bed Linens
A set of sheets, pillows, and a bedspread is provided for each and every bed in your vacation rental. When you arrive, the bed will be nicely made up of commercially laundered linens. We do not provide a second set of sheets or extra blankets. Most properties come with two pillows per person per bed (variances do occur from time to time and are not guaranteed). The blankets on the beds provide adequate warmth for most visitors on the vast majority of days in Naples. On occasion, you may also find additional blankets folded on the shelves in the closets. Guests are encouraged to make use of blankets already in the property or purchase or bring their own extra blankets to suit their own comfort.  
 
Towels
One bath towel, one beach/pool towel, and one washcloth are provided for each guest in accordance with the maximum occupancy of the vacation rental unit. One bath mat and one hand towel are provided per bathroom. For the kitchen, two kitchen towels, washcloths, and oven mitts are provided in each rental.  
 
Sleeper Sofa Linens
If you are renting a property that has a full or queen-sized sleeper sofa, we will provide a sleeper sofa pack which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and a quilted blanket. The beds have plenty of pillows so please grab a pillow from a nearby bedroom for use on the sleeper sofa.
 
Change of Linens
Every vacation rental comes with a washer and dryer. Guests are welcome to launder linens themselves in the unit.  Additional linens or a change of linens are available by request and at an additional charge.  
 
Kitchen Gear
Our kitchens are equipped with a variety of items generally used for simple everyday light meal preparation. Small appliances will always include a coffee maker and a toaster. Some of our owners provide additional small appliances like an electric kettle for boiling water and a blender. If there is something additional you would like to have please purchase it yourself. If you don’t want to take it home with you, leave a note on it and our team will gladly donate it to a resale shop that supports a local charity.

Terms & Conditions

When you book your reservation all calendars across numerous vacation rental websites will show the property booked and unavailable. At that point, prospective guests are no longer able to inquire about or book reservations for those same dates. Also, because our vacation rentals offer a terrific value in comparison to alternative hotel accommodations in our market, we thank you for your understanding of our strict no cancellation policy. Regardless of circumstance (i.e.: inclement weather both at home or here in Naples, epidemic, illness, death or for any other reason), MANAGER has a strict NO REFUND upon cancellation policy.
 
To avoid the worries of cancellation, or trip interruption, for added protection and peace of mind, GUEST may purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance through us at the time of reservation at its own expense (7.65% of total amount of reservation or may be increased to insure additional travel related expenses). Insurance is provided by CSA, a trusted and respected name in the travel industry. Due to licensing, Trip Cancellation & Interruption insurance is available only to citizens and residents of the USA and must be booked at the time of booking. Though there is an additional cost, travel insurance is a great way to protect your vacation investment. Guests may also increase their coverage and insure other travel related expenses as well. Additional insurance is available at a rate of 7.65% of the total charges or amount of coverage elected by the guest.
Guests who waive the Trip Cancellation Insurance accept MANAGER’s No Refund upon cancellation policy, regardless of circumstance (i.e.: inclement weather either at home or at destination, epidemic, illness, death or for any other reason).

The house is on a very extremely busy street


The house is on a very extremely busy street. Hard to pull out at any point of the day. The house can sleep 4 adult couples but one bedroom is open to downstairs which is very loud. All the interior doors are slatted so you can hear everyone all the time. Strange layout of house. There\'s not a front door. Everyone had to come through garage. And You have to pay extra if you wanted the pool heated

Overall, I would say \"pretty good.\" Great location, nice house, good amenities. Some negatives: - the upstairs bedroom is open to the living room, making it very noisy when anyone is in there. not sure why that makes any sense in a rental house - there was construction next door, which I realize was just the luck of the draw, but it got noisy at 8:00 AM and stayed pretty noisy until 5:00 - when we arrived, there were no paper towels, dish detergent, etc., so we went out and bought those supplies; the cleaning person returned in a few hours with those materials, so we felt like we wasted out money on those things; - light and fan not working in upstairs bathroom (bedroom overlooking LR) - several lights out in kitchen and in ceiling in LR - light at stove not working - sinks didn\'t hold water - outdoor grill not working (broken ignition switch) But

The house was very clean and well maintained. The only real complaint I had was that the house was noisy with the louvered doors as bedroom doors. I think solid doors would have helped. Enjoyed the pool immensely but wish there had been some lounge chairs for additional comfort. Overall, enjoyable place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. It was a noisy house with the doors to the bedrooms being louvered instead of solid doors. Also ad said it would sleep 12 and I am not sure how that could happen. Unfortunately my husband and I had to take the loft bedroom which certainly was not ideal as you can hear EVERYTHING! Pool was great but would have enjoyed some lounge chairs for sunning. For some reason I thought the beach was a little closer than it was. Lighting was poor with many bulbs being out but overall it was a nice place.
