You will not find a closer condo to the ocean, imagine only 10 feet away from the ocean & in walking distance to town. In-room WiFi, Non-Smoking unit, new A/C, new queen size bed, two new twin beds that can be made into a king (if asked for), and a very comfortable sofa sleeper. Very convenient FREE parking 12 feet from the entrance door.
 
For your convenience, we provide a fully stocked kitchen for those of you that want to prepare a great meal and enjoy it on the lanai listening to the sound of the ocean waves. We also provide snorkeling gear, beach chairs, beach towels, ground floor location with no steps, children friendly and 2 BBQs.  Extremely quiet and peaceful. The ocean sound will be music to your ears. Access to the ocean is on the very right of the property with a few steps to swimming and great snorkeling by the 2 reefs right here in front. Come here to have fun.  No need to pack and unpack to go elsewhere, spend more time relaxing and having more fun here, or just enjoy the sound of the ocean and hang loose. Just soak it in. Remember the mighty ocean is your backyard just for you. Come and have fun. Payments in US dollars only. We follow mandatory local and state Hawaiian tax rules. City and state taxes will be added to all reservation rates, with no exceptions. Each reservation also requires a cleaning fee.

Only 10 feet away from the ocean. FREE parking, 12 steps to the front door. Walkout from your lanai into the ocean. The village, shops, and restaurants are in a short walk from the unit. Several times per week there is a farmer's open market with local organic vegetables, fruits and much more for you to choose and enjoy. Just across the street. A temporary protective very low bamboo fence installed due to some erosion caused by high surf. Access to the ocean is on the very right of the property with a few stairs for access to the swimming and great snorkeling reefs right there. Seas the day.

You won’t regret booking! For the price, you can’t get a better, more private, ocean view. We were wanting to avoid big resorts because of Covid, and this was the perfect spot. The location was great... centrally located in West Maui. The condo was clean, with good amenities. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook for ourselves - even an instant pot! We used the laundry facilities and they were close and easy to operate. Great beaches, food trucks, and the grocery store are a close walk away. The best thing about the place though is the sunset every night. We ended up canceling our dinner reservations to instead enjoy the sunset with a home cooked meal most evenings.

Amazing location


Amazing location and incredible hospitality. Very well-stocked. Amazing views and you can see so much here!! Good snorkeling just outside the place (hard to access, but good once you get out there). Very friendly and great service. Easy to access and close to everything. We loved it! Only warning - the bedrooms get a little warm at night for those like us from a cooler climate.

Beautiful sunsets


The location was exactly what we were looking for. Right on the water. Beautiful sunsets. Not a lot of beach though, but a 10 minute walk to spectacular beach access. Place was immaculate and quiet. Parking right outside the door was a bonus. Had a great time and cant wait to get back to the island

Amazing Host


Francesco was an amazing host. All the local tips for take out and grocery stores were great. We enjoyed the low tide from 6am til 11am to fish and explore. During the higher tides we were snorkeling and spear fishing. It didn’t have a washer and dryer in the unit so had to bring home a lot of wet stuff but that just shows how much we enjoyed his place right on the water. Highly recommend if you love being right on the ocean and relax.
