House is in the Big Boulder community, a few minutes from Big Boulder ski slopes and in the summer the house has access to Big Boulder Lake Club with pool, beach on the lake, boats available on the lake, tennis, volleyball and much more. House has a pool table, hot tub, jacuzzi, and so much more. 2 wood-burning fireplaces make this an ideal house for families and large groups. Free standing house wth four bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms, cable, wifi, modern kitchen, and all the comforts you could want.
 
The Boulder Lake Club offers a variety of recreational activities for renters including beach, outdoor heated pool, tennis, volleyball, badminton, cornhole, ladderball, football, soccer, basketball, bocce ball, ping pong, horseshoes. Please check out Big Boulder Club for more information. It is open all week in the summer and usually weekends from Memorial Day to beginning of summer and end of summer to mid September.

I was born in 1951 and my wife and I have 3 children, all in their 20s. I grew up on Long Island and moved to the Philadelphia area in 1990. I currently live about a mile from Villanova University. I graduated from Georgetown University and my wife graduated from Drexel. This property was purchased by us to help provide for retirement income.

Why Barry Katz chose Lake Harmony Estates
This is by far the best deal in Lake Harmony for large groups. We do not gauge prices and care about our guests enjoyment.
You will not find a nicer place to relax and enjoy the Poconos. You can relax in the hot tub or play pool or foosball with your family and friends. Or just sit by the gas or wood fireplace and relax after a day of skiing, snowboarding or tubing, or golf, skirmish or rafting in the warmer weather. In the Estates Lodge the two separate upstairs areas (one with a kitchette) are perfect for multiple family groups. The log cabin a few feet away is so comfy and unique you will never want to leave. The furnishings are all top of the line.
What makes this country house / chateau unique
Two houses, but plenty of room to gather together in the Estates Lodge or the 1 1/2 acres outside with multiple picnic tables and furniture.
Hot tub, pool table, foosball, gas fireplace, many large smart flat screen tvs, cable, wireless, two levels in Estates Lodge and separate areas in the house to relax.
Log Cabin is so special you will want to call it home.

Check with owner as sometimes discounts are available.  Rates shown are for winter, summer and standard. The rates will differ for holiday time periods - MLK, Presidents weekend, Memorial Day, July 4th week, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Xmas and NYE. Please check with owner for those rates.

It was nice to getawy during this crazy time with covid. The house was on point with all we needed to just relax and enjoy. Very clean and comfortable. Barry was always available to answer any questions we had. Definitely a must rent.

Great Family House


We took our children and grandkids for a ski weekend to this property! The house was perfect for us, lots of space for the kids and adults. The beds were super comfortable and the kids loved the bunk bedroom, as well as, the pool table, Xbox, and the crowd favorite hot tub! The large kitchen table was perfect for feeding such a large crowd and playing games together. The location is outstanding for skiing at Big Boulder, it was literally right down the street from the house. We were able to walk down and sit at the fire pit to watch our grandkids ski down the mountain. At night, the mountain looked so beautiful all lit up from the back deck. Barry was a super host, responded to any questions quickly and made sure we were happy. We hope to make this a yearly event!

Fantastic Christmas Trip!!!


The experience of booking this property from Barry was second to none. Barry made this one of my best experiences, he was extremely helpful and made himself available to assist with everything; this had been one of the best experiences I ever had renting vacation properties in VRBO. The property is huge, nicely located in a cul-de-sac, walking distance to Big Boulder; overall, I highly recommended booking this property, you wont be disappointed.

Labor Day Weekend


Barry is a great host! Everything in the photos are true! You get what you see & more. We had a great time as there was something to do from adults to teens to toddler. We celebrated my husbands\'s 50th birthday there! We all had a great time!
