This beautifully furnished, elegant home is located at Windsor Hills Resort. Sleeping up to 10 people, this home offers bedrooms across both floors, including 2 children's themed bedrooms! The screened in private swimming pool and spa is the perfect way to enjoy the warm Florida weather and have a relaxing day in the sunshine after long days at the theme parks. There is also a games room with an air hockey, foosball, and pool table, fun for the whole family! This lovely home has 3 King Bed, 1 Full Bed, 3 Twin Beds and sleeps 10 people.

About The Area
The resort prides itself on being the closest to Walt Disney World, as it is just over two miles from the gate of Windsor Hills to the gates of Magic Kingdom. Our resort-style home at Windsor Hills have all the amenities you and your family needs for the perfect Orlando vacation. All of our rentals are large enough to accommodate you and your family and have plenty of space where you can gather after a long day at one of the Disney World parks. Our homes have private pools and many of them also have game rooms where your family can watch a movie together in your private movie theater or play a game of pool. If you have already spent a few days at the Walt Disney World parks and are looking for other nearby activities there are plenty of options in the area. Here are some recommendations for nearby activities. Things to Do Around Windsor Hills International Drive is less than a 20-minute drive from our vacation rentals at Windsor Hills and has a ton of fun for the whole family. Ripley’s Believe It or Not is one of the biggest attractions on International Drive. The “Odditorium” has over 10,000 square feet and 16 themed exhibits featuring some of the strangest objects in the world, including authentic shrunken heads and replicas of the tallest man and fattest man. This interactive museum is full of fun and surprises for all ages. Another popular attraction on International Drive is Madame Tussaud’s Celebrity Wax Museum. The museum has life-sized replicas of famous people and historic icons set up in themed rooms. This museum is very entertaining for both adults and kids and there are plenty of opportunities to take photos with the wax figures. If you aren’t in the mood for a museum, Pirates Cove Adventure Golf is another popular attraction on International Drive. This golf course is fun for all ages and features 18-holes set among waterfalls and caves with a pirate theme.
 
House Rules
Check-in time is 4 p.m. Check-out time is 10 a.m. Upon request, an early check-in or late check-out may be arranged based on availability, and an additional fee will apply. The door code for the vacation rental will expire at check-out time on the Guest’s day of departure. If the Guest does not depart the home by check-out time, additional charges may apply to cover costs incurred by the Company, including but not limited to moving the incoming guest to another home or having to reschedule cleaners.
 
The Company will not release the door code for the vacation rental until a completed pre-registration form and final payment are received.
 
Reservations must be in the name of a member of the travel party who is 25 years of age or older and the holder of a major credit card.
 
The Guest shall not assign responsibility nor sublet to other parties without the Company’s written consent.
 
The Guest is hereby granted a license to use the premises. The Guest acknowledges and agrees that no form of tenancy has been created pursuant to Chapter 83, Florida Statutes through the Guest’s use of the premises.
 
By Florida state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children.
 
Vacation rentals may not be used for special events that exceed occupancy without prior written approval from the Company or the homeowner(s). Event permits may be required and additional fees may apply.
 
No smoking is allowed in any vacation rental. Smoking is permitted outside. Should smoking occur in the home, an additional cleaning fee will be applied.
