This three bedroom three and a half bath home has everything you will need to enjoy your vacation here in beautiful Kailua Kona, including an outdoor spa/Hot tub facing the ocean. And a new Osaki OS-4000 Massage Chair in the living room to get the kinks out. The Master bedroom has an awesome view out towards the point of Lymans a very popular surfing spot for locals and visitors. Second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed with views out towards the Great Pacific. Downstairs you have bedroom #3 also with a queen murphy bed and this bedroom comes with it's own private Lanai. This home has Central Air Conditioning with smart Alexa thermostat. The living room area is equipped with a 60' flat screen and surround sound for enjoying cozy romantic evenings. The modern kitchen with glass top cook top sub-zero fridge microwave and granite top counters makes cooking dinner a pleasure. Home is equipped with electronic front door lock so no previous guests have key or combo. The list goes on you must see it to believe what a great vacation home this would be for you and friends, family or just a romantic get away. This home is also Ideal for small weddings since the back yard is your beach. Don't pay for an expensive hotel wedding when this home has all you need (Event Fee is $1,150 + taxes for up to 30 people).

The waters near Kailua Kona are one of the best places in the world to swim with wild dolphins year round and these waters also have incredible humpback whale watching, in season.

I believe you will love this home, as we do, because of the beautiful view across Lyman's bay, which is considered sacred ground and it will never be developed. And you can look out at the open ocean as well. The pocket doors and windows disappear so you can literally bring the outside inside. It is only 20 feet from the turquoise water, and because it is a newer home it comes with central air, which is actually a surprising rarity in many oceanfront properties in Kona. I believe this home is one of the most beautiful homes on the Big Island. It has a simple unpretentious beauty. I love that we can share this home with others, like we have shared the beautiful dolphins and whales we love with others. Kona has so much to do; restaurants and nightlife, if you are looking to do that, or if you are like us, this is paradise for nature lovers. You will love the giant sea turtles and eels and fish and crabs and birds and geckos and dolphins and whales sighted at various times right from the home. Kona is a great community of people. And we are certain that you will enjoy staying in the center of this very culturally diversified community.

Anniversary


Just a couple of minor hitches due to oceanfront living that cannot be avoided. Salt, sun and wind eats everything faster when your house is on the oceanfront. We have no complaints at all. We even used the jacuzzi with a light sprinkle of rain on our second evening. We even got some guests to stay with us unexpectedly for an evening and the house can accommodate a lot more than 2. The owner Dave was very helpful and even shut off the fire alarm when we started grilling and left the doors wide open ???????????? Alexa was great with keeping the house cool and talking with me when I was feeling like fun conversation. We hope to be able to come back here for more future stays. Beautiful View, fish in the waves, comfortable temperatures, great master bed and bath, stocked kitchen, privacy and a friendly neighborhood cat we called Shamu. Youll love it !

Oceanfront Gem


We had an absolutely superb time! Everyone fell in love with Shamu (the neighborhood cat) who greeted us when we arrived. The locations is truly a slice of heaven and the house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed feeding the eel family. What a treat! The only down side was that the AC was a bit loud, especially at night but other than that its was a perfect getaway. Mahalo!

Wonderful Piece of Paradise


We absolutely loved waking up to the sound of waves crashing, swimming/surfing in front of the house and coming back to enjoy the hot tub. House is well Appointed- we had a great stay!

Ocean dreaming


The entire experience was superb. David is a very attentive, friendly host with an exceptional detail-oriented approach. Really, a pleasure to deal with. The house is truly a gem in Kona. The views from every room take your breath away. You can literally just sit and watch the ocean the entire time and never get bored. The house is spacious, clean and well-equiped. Very convenient location. Cannot be beaten!

Subtle and Authentic Hawaii


The is our second time renting this property. It was better than the first. As long as this property is available, it will be my go-to on the Big Island. The owner was responsive during my stay and even gave me recycling tips when I asked. The massage chair was a big hit with everyone. The owner reached out to ask if we were okay during the start of Covid19 and gave us late check out. The kitchen is well appointed and my prior issues with the stove/oven werent issues on this trip. I cant wait to return. 11/10 would return

Amazingly beautiful


Absolutely beautiful property, great location, walkable to Magic Sands beach and the great Magics Beach Grill. As the property manual says, one of the best places on the island is just sitting on the lanai and watching the ocean. Highly recommend!
