The carriage house itself will not be included for the remainder of 2020 rentals. We have just installed BRAND NEW Floors throughout the home, updated most of the furniture and built brand new decks, paint and a complete reface. New photos will be available towards the end 2020. The main house is in absolutely immaculate condition for the remainder of our 2020 guests!

This incredible 10 Bedroom Coastal Luxury Home is perched high on a one of a kind beach bluff and looks expansively over the sugar white sands and emerald waters of 30a. This home was designed with open air entertaining in mind! It is a wonderful place for a Family Reunion or Wedding celebration with enough private parking for up to 12 vehicles. You can also bring your boats, jet skis, bikes, trailers, doggies and more!
 
A brand new beach with parking, wheelchair ramp and restrooms is now available just a few steps at the end of the street! This home includes a new luxury special edition electric golf cart to make getting around 30a much more fun! Gulf Place is an easy mile down 30a and offers fantastic fresh seafood, bbq, nightlife, arts and entertainment or stay home and experience a panoramic gulf view sunset. No detail has been spared in this home to ensure you enjoy the finest in coastal living. Located a few doors down from world famous Stinky's Seafood Restaurant and the large Dune Allen public beach access that is ADA accessible, and has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season.
 
Also located less than 5 minutes away from Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Sandestin Resort with Baytowne Wharf or Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club where you'll find additional dining, art districts, and great shopping.
 
If the beach isn't your thing then relax and revitalize your senses in the private courtyard plaza and pool area. This can be heated during cooler months and measures 30x15 encased in an a grand courtyard area with a 5 burner natural gas grill and outdoor kitchen, custom built Cabana and plenty of luxury seating for everyone! You can even smell and feel the fresh and warm gulf breezes from here! There is plenty of room for the whole family to gather thanks to the designer outdoor seating, expanded decks, tables and dining areas in the courtyard plaza.
 
On the first floor of the home, you walk into one of 4 living rooms with flatscreen tv, sofa sleeper and granite topped kitchenette. There is one of the 6 King Suites with Flatscreen TV's and private bathroom. The 2nd Suite offers a custom built-in Queen over Queen Bunk bed arrangement with 2 Flatscreen Tv's. A 3rd bedroom on this level offers a Queen size bed and another bunk with Twin over Queen. Outside in the hallway, there is a convenient full bathroom and full sized laundry area.
 
On the second floor, you'll enjoy unparalleled panoramic gulf views from the wraparound deck and screened-in porch. In the middle of all this is an incredible gourmet chefs kitchen featuring granite counter tops, all high end stainless steel appliances, including refrigerator with ice maker, wine cooler, microwave, 2 dishwashers, gas oven and extra large gas range. There is seating for 6 at the bar for a quick bite or seat 14 around the grand dining table overlooking the waters. If you're in the mood to lie back and watch a movie, enjoy plenty of comfortable seating in the living area surrounding your 60" HD Tv! Off of the living area there is a another King Suite and a full bathroom. 
 
Walking up to the third floor you'll find another living area equipped with plenty of comfortable seating, a queen sofabed, another fully equipped granite kitchenette that opens up to another private balcony overlooking the Gulf! A few steps further and you enter another incredible King Suite with a private balcony overlooking the gulf, large HD TV and the perfect en suite, complete with Jacuzzi whirlpool tub and a separate shower. There is also a second Gulf View King Suite with adjacent bathroom and private balcony. The third floor balconies are a perfect place for watching the sunset and ejoying the warm breezes coming in from the Gulf of Mexico.
 
The Carriage house is located on top of the oversized 2 car garage. Upstairs you will find the 4th living area complete with sofa sleeper, large HD TV and another full sized, fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with a King bed and another with a twin over twin bunk bed. Both bedrooms offer TV's in each and they share an oversized bathroom in the hallway along with the 2nd Laundry Room and a private wraparound deck to take in the incredible views!
