While situated perfectly to enjoy incredible panoramic beach views from the 2nd and 3rd floors you're still only a block or two from several dining options and just a few blocks walk from the Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, Grocery, Pharmacy, Bowling, Nightlife, Shopping, Movies and more! Enjoy pristine sand bars on perfectly manicured sand.
 
Coastal Charmer features 6 king master suites with private en-suite baths and 2 amazing bunk rooms with private en-suite bath as well. Relax and entertain in one of two living rooms with fully equipped kitchens and an additional ice makers. The palm tree lined salt water heated pool is one of the largest pools in Miramar Beach and comes equipped with a a tanning deck, propane grill and outdoor dining tables that are perfect for dining under the stars or can be used as a backdrop for a beautiful wedding ceremony. There is plenty of seating and lounge chairs out back for everyone in your group along with high speed WiFi, free games and movies, smart TV's, Netflix, Hulu and more available for your enjoyment! There is a Rinnai for instant hot water and multiple ice makers for all the summer drinks!
 
As you enter the front door, you will be mesmerized by the one of a kind features including custom designed/built furniture. Custom Quartz counter tops throughout both kitchens and every bathroom. Enjoy watching movies on the 1080p smart TV in the living room, Game Room or one of the additional 8 smart TV's throughout the home. A grand gourmet kitchen and dining room will accommodate your entire family and friends. There are 2 king master suites on the first floor for your convenience.
 
After a day of playing at the beach with your personalized daily beach service (includes 2 chairs1 umbrella setup March 1-Oct 31), you can head out through the French doors to relax and swim in the oversize heated salt water pool featuring fiber optic lighting with various colour modes and a cascading waterfall hot tub. If you want to head out enjoy the complimentary 4 seater golf cart to cruise right over to shopping, dining, a quick trip to the golf course or just a beautiful beachside ride down the boardwalk of scenic gulf dr.
 
The 2nd floor features 3 master king suites and 1 Queen Room with additional Queen bunks and private bathrooms, tiled showers with seamless glass doors. French doors lead to the expansive covered beach view balconies with comfortable seating for your morning coffee or sunset cocktails.
 
The 3rd floor features 1 King Suite the other Queen with additional Queen bunks and private bathrooms. There's also an amazing Game Room featuring a large smart TV, custom billiards table, a Foosball table, kitchenette full size fridge and click-clack that will sleep 2 more.

Haerle Family Reunion 2020


The location of the fabulous beach house was perfect! You walk out the gate and are at the walkway to the beach! The grocery store, seafood market, smoothie cafe, surf shop and CVS are a short walk or golf cart ride away. The house itself was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, well stocked, and the perfect spot for us! The outside pool area had lots of overhead coverage (perfect for our 85 year old mother), I think 11 chaise lounge chairs, several tables with umbrellas (wonderful for outdoor dining), and a large, beautiful pool and hot tub. Due to COVID, we didn’t do anything other than go to the beach and hang out by the pool and it was perfect! Would definitely stay here again!

We recently returned after a weeks stay and are ready to go back! There were 14 in our party, 6 adults and the rest kids.. The house was new construction, and with limited reviews we feel it necessary to share. The rooms are very large, comfortable, and clean. Plenty of sleeping options for everyone. The bedrooms each had a very nice large private bathroom that worked out great for privacy. Kitchen was stocked with glasses, plates, appliances and everything we needed to cook. We did 99% of the meals in and were well accommodated. Grill was new and had no issues. The pool and hot tub were great.. as the kids swam from 8am until they passed out. Beach access was so close and easy to walk. There were several beach items (tent, boogie boards, shovels etc) to bring with on the back patio. Pictures don’t do enough to convey how nice this home is. Conveniently located in a quiet, cozy neighborhood just off the main stretch. Lastly the golf cart was fantastic for quick trips to the grocery, and nearby shopping. We highly recommend this home and 850 vacation rentals.
