You're only a block or two from several dining options and just a few blocks walk from the Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, Grocery, Pharmacy, Bowling, Nightlife, Shopping, Movies and more! Enjoy pristine sand bars on perfectly manicured sand. 
 
Atlantis features 6 king master suites with private en-suite baths and 2 amazing custom bunk rooms with private en-suite baths as well. Relax in one of two living rooms with fully equipped kitchens, ice makers and mini fridge's throughout. The palm tree lined salt water heated pool is one of the largest pools in Miramar Beach and comes equipped with a full outdoor built-in kitchen, gas grill and outdoor dining tables that are perfect for dining under the stars or can be used as a backdrop for a beautiful wedding ceremony. There is plenty of seating and lounge chairs out back for everyone in your group along with high speed wifi, free games and movies, smart TV's, Netflix, Hulu and more available for your enjoyment! There is a Rinnai for instant hot water and multiple ice makers for all the summer drinks! 
 
As you enter the front door, you will be mesmerized by the one of a kind features including custom designed/built furniture. Granite counter tops and porcelain oversized tiles throughout the kitchen and every bathroom. Enjoy watching movies on the 70" 1080p smart tv in the living room, Game Room or one of the additional 8 smart TV's throughout the home. A grand gourmet kitchen and dining room will accommodate your entire family and friends. There are 2 king master suites on the first floor for your convenience.
 
After a day of playing at the beach you can head out through the French doors to relax and swim in the oversized heated salt water pool featuring fiber optic lighting with various colour modes and a cascading waterfall hot tub. If you want to head out enjoy the complimentary 4 seater golf cart to cruise right over to shopping, dining, a quick trip to the golf course or just a beautiful beachside ride down the boardwalk of scenic gulf dr.
 
The 2nd floor features 4 master king suites (1 of which also contains a custom Firetruck twin bunk) with private bathrooms, tiled showers with seamless glass doors. French doors lead to the expansive covered beach view balconies with comfortable seating for your morning coffee or sunset cocktails. 
 
The 3rd floor features 1 King Suite with a Queen Bunk and 1 Bunk Bedroom with 2x Queen Bunks and an additional standalone Queen bed along with private bath and smart TV. There's also an amazing Game Room featuring a large smart TV, custom built billiards table, a foosball table, kitchenette and ice machine.

AWESOME HOUSE!


THIS HOUSE IS AWESOME!!!!! VERY CLEAN, NICE POOL, JACUZZI, SO MUCH SPACE!!! THE BEACH IS REALLY CLOSE BY AND THE HOST IS A VERY GREAT HOST THANKS ELLEN I EVEN GOT ENGAGED HERE THIS WEEKEND ILL LOVE THIS PLACE FOREVER!!! LOCATION IS ALSO GREAT!!!

Amazing family home


This is a great property for a large group - 8 separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Plenty of community space too with a large pool and outdoor grill. We had a fabulous time and would definitely stay there again! We had a great time - thanks for providing such a great house at a very reasonable cost! It was even pretty easy to practice social distancing because we had the pool!
