It can be rented as a 2 bedroom, a 5 bedroom, or rent the entire villa with 7 bedrooms and with sofa beds it can sleep 20 comfortably! 
 
Our Ocean Front location and two acres of property ensure your privacy yet you are minutes from the best restaurants, bars and shops on island! Ask to get picked up on the beach when you're booking your excursions!
 
We are available to host special events like weddings with up to one hundred guests outside.

Second Floor: Two bedrooms en-suite with queen size beds, guest toilet, full kitchen with dining table for Six people, living room with sofa bed, Balcony with sofa’s and outside deck dining table for eight people, Breathtaking ocean views from balcony and deck. 
 
Third Floor (Penthouse): Three bedrooms, Master bedroom ocean view breathtaking with King size bed, Second bedroom with king size bed share main Shower and toilet with master bedroom, Third bedroom en-suite with queen size bed, washing and dryer, full kitchen, living room with sofa bed, breathtaking ocean view balcony with table and chairs. 
 
Double floor Gazebo on Grace Bay Beach with cooler, table and chairs also lots of quality sun beds on the beach and around the Gazebo enough for everyone. 
 
All bedrooms, kitchen and living room has air conditioning including in the price with smart cable TV’s in every bedroom and in the living room giant 65’inc TV’s. Entire villa sleeps 18 comfortably, with an additional sofa bed on third floor that can accommodate an additional two guests.
 
Property is very private as it’s on just under two acres of land. 
 
We can assist in arranging and recommending extras like private security, vehicle rental, private charter rental, private chef, dining reservations.

In the event of weather or virus related travel advisories, alternate booking dates will be offered (not including high season dates). No refund will be offered.

Steps to Grace Bay


The house was equipped with everything we needed. Catherine brought us the items that we requested after check in. The pool was very clean and the beach was a short walk from the house, on the same property. You will get fast response from the manager, Catherine, if any problem arises.

Our family of 13 recently stayed at this property and enjoyed the house very much! Fio was courteous, accommodating, and helped us navigate the land. Catherine and Marvin were attentive, prompt, and went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. The private beach area was very nice for a more intimate setting. The beds were very comfy, and our family felt very spacious among the three levels. Thanks for a wonderful trip!
