Elevate your Siesta Key experience with breath-taking Gulf views as far as your eyes can see from the comfort of your beautifully furnished condo. We invite you to come stay with us in the Crescent Arms South Tower (601S) located directly on the #1 famous Crescent Beach.
 
This condo is a FULL GULF FRONT. You can view the water/beach from every room in the condo! Step out onto the lanai from both bedrooms as well as from the living/dining area. Enjoy the beach from sun up ‘til sundown with activities like walking, swimming, running, sunning, volleyball, kayaking, boating, fishing, and snorkeling.
 
When you have had enough sun, surf, and sand, then come inside and relax with your favorite beverage, and watch the breathtaking sunset from your fully screened lanai.
 
The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully furnished. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a KING size bed and the guest room has TWO FULL beds. There is a flat screen TV in each bedroom and free WIFI access.  All linens and beach towels are supplied. 
 
RECREATE, RELAX AND REJUVENATE….ISLAND STYLE!!

We vacationed at Siesta Key 1976 and 'fell in love' with the 'powdery white' sandy beach. The sounds and sights of the gulf were so inviting, that we decided we wanted to own a piece of paradise. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we have and that you will create your own memories.

Beautiful Property


The condo is absolutely stunning. It is perfectly situated on on one of the best stretches of the beach and it\'s private. Very Pleased!


My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Crescent Arms. The owners of unit 601S are very pleasant and helpful. The unit is very clean, updated, nicely decorated and well stocked with kitchenware, bath & beach towels, good mattresses and nice bed linens. Beautiful views of the gulf from the screened balcony overlooking the beach. Convenient covered parking. Crescent Arms is an older building, but well maintained. Favorite restaurants: Dutch Valley (South Tamiami Trail), Yoder’s (Bahia Vista Street) and Siesta Key Oyster Bar (Ocean Blvd). Hope we have the opportunity to vacation here again someday.

Great condo! The unit is very well maintained, very clean, bedding comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Wonderful location on the beach and very convenient for taking out and enjoying long walks along the beach. The balcony had comfortable seating and the sunset views are amazing. The information needed to check in/check out was provided in timely manner and very easy process.

New Year's Vacation


The location of the condo is perfect and the views spectacular. The unit was well stocked and had everything we needed. Elaine was also extremely responsive and communication was great. We come to Siesta Key annually and this is the best place we have stayed thus far!
