Please note that this home has just undergone EXTENSIVE remodeling including all new paint colours throughout. I don't have professional pictures done of the updates yet but have included some of my amateur pics so you can get a bit of an idea how the home looks. Note that we still have a Harry Potter room and a Mickey/Minnie mouse room - the mural remained untouched and we just painted the other three walls to freshen it up. New duvet covers, coverlets, and dining and kitchen furniture help to complete the new look.
 
This home is one of the nicest vacation homes you will ever see!! It has a south-facing pool so you can maximize your enjoyment of all the wonderful Florida sunshine.
The back yard is not overlooked, and additionally there are 5' hedges along each side of the yard, giving you plenty of privacy during your stay, to enjoy your private pool with spillover spa.
 
The outside area also includes:
- 32" t.v.
- electric BQ
- cushioned furnishings including 4 loungers, 2 recliners, and 6 chairs around a large table
 
The back yard has been custom landscaped so you have your own private tropical paradise to enjoy, including palm trees, citrus trees, bird of paradise, bougainvillea, hibiscus, etc. The gardens are also lit at night so you can enjoy sitting out in the evenings.
 
The bedrooms are as follows:
- 3 king beds (2 with private ensuites)
- 1 Queen bedroom (on main floor)
- 1 Twin bedroom with 2 twin beds - Mickey/Minnie mouse theme
- 1 Twin bedroom with 2 twin beds - Harry Potter theme
 
Each bedroom has:
- ceiling fan
- tinted windows
- blinds AND room darkening curtains
- alarm clock
- t.v./DVD
 
Bathrooms:
- 1 on main floor with tub/shower combo
- 1 attached to King Master #1 - features water closet, soaker tub, large stand-alone shower and double vanity
- 1 attached to King Master #2 - single vanity and large shower
- 1 off main hallway upstairs - separate water closet, double vanity, separate room for tub/shower combo
Each bathroom has a hair dryer
 
The games room is fully air conditioned and includes:
- Wii
- private home theater with NEW tiered recliner seating

- air hockey
- karaoke

Additional Rate details

Pool Heat (optional but recommended Dec. – March) $30/day. Cleaning fee of $150 waived for 7 day or longer stay. Free Electric BBQ Grill. Free Baby Equipment (1 high chair, 4 strollers, 1 pack ‘n play, 1 baby listener, 1 baby gate, 1 bed rail, 1 walker). Free upgraded WiFi – – password protected for your security Free Local & International Calls. To secure your dates, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking, as well as a signed Booking Form. Balance owing is due 10 weeks prior to check-in, or at time of booking if arrival date is less than 10 weeks away. A damage deposit of $650 US is taken to cover against damage in excess of normal wear and tear. This is refundable to you within 2 weeks of your departure, pending inspection by property management. Check In/Check Out: Check in time – after 4:00 p.m. on arrival date. Check out time – by 10:00 a.m. on departure date. Requests for early arrival or late departure must be made 4 weeks prior to arrival date and are subject to availability and an extra charge. Owner reserves the right for a representative to enter the home for maintenance, repair or in the case of an emergency. Cancellations: All cancellation requests must be made in writing and will be subject to the penalties as set out below: Cancellation more than 10 weeks prior to arrival – loss of $500 deposit. Cancellation between 60-30 days prior to arrival – loss of 50% of booked rental charge. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival – loss of entire booked rental charge. Prices may change at owner’s discretion and without notice.
