We are a family from Mechanicsburg, PA with 2 daughters age 16 & 18. We purchased our beach house in 2008 as an investment but also as a way that we could have family time together in a town that we love. Dan and I fell in love with Ocean City right after he graduated from Shippensburg University and I graduated from Gettysburg College. We were introduced to the town by Dan's boss at the time who had a house there. Living in West Chester, PA at the time, we spent every weekend that we could at the shore. We loved the beach, the boardwalk and the quaint town. When our first daughter was born she made her first trip to OCNJ at 6 months old. She fell in love too. We've spent a week there every summer since she was born. We are making memories that our girls will remember as they grow and hopefully they will want to continue the OCNJ tradition with their families.

Our property would be a great choice for you. We are very meticulous and do a thorough top to bottom cleaning and preventative maintenance trip twice a year, in addition to having a professional cleaning service come in after every renter. We take a lot of pride in the ownership of our property. It's a very nice place, but also comfortable enough that a family can relax and not worry about anything for that week.
What makes this Condo unique
We fell in love with this property because it was so bright and open inside. The vaulted ceiling makes it feel even bigger. We loved the size of the master bedroom and the close proximity to the beach & boardwalk, restaurants, and shopping on Asbury. We don't even move our car once we arrive. There is a small market less that a block away, a doughnut shop and a restaurant all on our block. The boardwalk provides our entertainment every evening with 2 amusement parks, several mini golf courses, go-carts and many Ocean City sponsored events & entertainment. There is also a water park right on the boardwalk.

Great location in Ocean City, NJ.


Great location in Ocean City, NJ. Right on Asbury Street, walking distance to stores and restaurants and only three blocks to the boardwalk and beaches. Place had a great deck that we spent a lot of time on and a large open concept kitchen, dining room and living room that made the space feel very large, more than enough room for four adults and five kids. Owner was great to work with and responded quickly to any questions I had. I would recommend this property and stay again if I take another trip down to the Shore.

Nice vacation house, location in heart of ocean city,


Overall was a good vacation house, exeept master bedroom other rooms are little bit small for adults ,queen bed in small room uncomfortable, mattress must be replaced ,small rooms not enough big to accomodate 18+ old teenegers, overall is a nice house price affordable for 8 people

Very nice condo


The condo was very nice, clean and comfortable. The weather was bad so we never got to the beach but there was a street fair on Saturday. Due to the weather we really didn\'t use the porch much either but it was a good size and had a nice view of the street. Plenty of shops and restaurants on Asbury and generally a pleasant stay. Wonderful vacation


House was just as described, It was awesome! It was stocked with everything we needed. Very clean and well maintained. Great location and owners were great to deal with.
