We are a family of 4 that has always seen the value in slowing down and reconnecting. Whether it's on our own, as a couple or with our family. We have been in the education and business industry for most of our adult lives, finding fulfillment in helping others learn. We work hard and find importance in playing hard as well! We grew up in Utah and Taiwan, and as a couple have lived in UT, over our 11 years of marriage. We have one daughter and one son. We know the importance of recharging! For us, the beach is healing! The sun, the sound of the waves, the smell of the salt air... it all fills what is lost in our hectic 'day to day'. We are so excited to share our small, private Peace of Paradise with you! Why Travis D Thompson chose Panama City Beach

We've been vacationing in Panama City Beach for years. Emerald Beach was voted 2nd best beach in FL in 2017. It has been a dream of ours to be able to invest in a condo of our own here on Panama City Beach. We want to bring the sense of calm that this space gives to us in the details of our decor and amenities. When it comes to relaxing and replenishing your mind and body, your sleep is so important! Who can handle a long day of play without being well-rested? We have an extra comfortable King sized bed in the master bedroom with the most comfortable pillows we've ever experienced! They are like down, but without the pokey-allergenic bits. If you're one of the ones that get to sleep sea side on the couch sleepers, no worries! We thought of you too! We spent an extra $800 to have extra thick mattresses in the hide-a-beds, with trampoline support rather than the interesting bar across the back! Don't forget the Tech! We have ample wall plug ins for usb charging and extra electric outlets. One in the bar area, master bedroom and behind the TV in the living room. Besides all that, Shores of Panama is in a Fabulous location on the Beach! Walking distance to everything you need. It has the Best pool in the state. It also has 2 work out rooms, and indoor pool/hot tub for any rainy days. Come and enjoy! You won't be disappointed.

What makes this Condo unique

What made us decide to choose this condo over the hundreds listed? Location, location, location! After looking at a number of the other buildings on the beach, we fell in love with The Shores of Panama! Not only are we beach side, but Oh My Gracious, the pool! No others on the beach can even contend! (2 tiki bars and food options poolside) Then, there is also the indoor heated pool and hot tub, so even if the weather isn't on your side at the moment (or you've just had a titch too much sun) you can still enjoy a good swim or soak. We like to get out on the beach to exercise, but if we can't, it's nice to have a gym right in the building! Nobody wants to waste time on vacation waiting for the elevator! It's just a few feet from our front door to the elevator, but also the entry to the parking garage, with 5th floor parking! If you'r just going to the beach, 5 flights aren't as daunting to take as 20. ;) Plenty of food options! Pineapple Willy's bar/grill right next door with live music, pier seating. Fine dining to fast food all within a mile. Our favorite little nook is The Lotus Cafe with lots of organic, healthy, whole-food options and an attached cappuccino bar and yoga studio. Activities: Shopping all up and down the strip, including a short drive to Pier Park. Ripley's Believe it or Not and Wonder Works in walking distance, Para-sailing, Zoo-World/Conservatory, Nature Walks, Shell Island, Putt Putt golf, Trampoline Park and so much more. Plenty to keep anyone busy indoors and outdoors. Little touches: the extra 1/2 bath is very welcome when someone else is taking a long shower! Then there's the view! We could get lost gazing out over the gulf for hours. Other small things, like a filtered shower head, a blender that works well (a necessity for us), and a washer/dryer that is brand new so you can fit your vacation packing in a carry on! We could go on, but we're out of room(:
