This single level floor plan is accessible by both elevator and stairs and provides 1910 square feet of exquisitely detailed and furnished living space that gives a home away from home feeling. The kitchen, with granite counter tops, is a well equipped gourmet kitchen full of all the amenities you need to cook with. The kitchen is open to the living room and dining room that have the most spectacular ocean views. The dining room is ready for you to have a nice candlelight dinner , family gathering or anything in between. The living room has a generous amount of seating arranged to take advantage of the breathtaking ocean views as well as a fully equipped entertainment centre. The three bedrooms and two baths are a split plan for more privacy. The master suite which is located off of the living room has a king size bed from which you can either watch television or enjoy the panoramic ocean views right from your bed. The ocean front balcony is surely the true highlight for any guest, with comfortable chairs and a table that can easily accommodate 6 people. This may be the only place that you will want to dine because of the sound of the surf, the smell of the crisp salt air and the sight of moonlight shimmering on the ocean. This condo is located within just a short walk of the two Cinnamon Beach clubhouses. The ocean clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment which is the ideal place to watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening sea breeze, it includes a spectacular swimming pool, a viewing tower that overlooks the ocean, and chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach. The livelier lake clubhouse includes fitness facilities, a family pool, a teen centre, and entertainment room, all views from this clubhouse are of the fresh water lake. This condo worked perfectly for the 6 of us! The owner was very understanding when we had to postpone due to a hurricane. The ice maker is very slow so we had to buy ice, but that’s not a big deal. My only suggestion would be to add some cooking utensils. Thank you Richard!

Well beyond expectations!


Our trip was better than we could’ve imagined and it’s largely due to the condo that we stayed in. The pictures do not come close to doing it justice - feels much larger with the penthouse vaulted ceiling than you get the sense of from the pictures. You’ll want to spend the entire trip on the patio - whether it’s for meals, watching the sunrise, or just reading a book the patio can’t be beat. In addition, the condo is well stocked with whatever you need. The trip itself was fantastic - quiet beach with plenty of room no matter the time of day, and the resort itself was never crowded. This definitely for those who want rest and relaxation on their vacation. We can’t wait to be back!

Attention to Detail


This home is appointed with travelers and people on vacation in mind. Lots of attention to detail. Upscale yet comfortable furnishings and decor. I would not hesitate to return to this property. Great location, great beach. Very very clean. Some beach supplies would have been nice (chairs, umbrella, boogie board) but I understand the maintenance of those items would be difficult and costly but it would have been a real bonus to have. Access to the beach from here is very very close. We dreaded the elevator though, it\'s very slow and very hot. Overall we were incredibly pleased with this vacation home.
