Description

This house has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, roman tub, lush gardens, hot tub, private patio, and a fully fenced yard (small pets welcome). We won the 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 _ _ Certificate of Excellence. We are have reached the status of premier partner and have maintained this for the past 3 years, and we are SuperHosts and have maintained that status for the past 2 years. 
Walk just 489' to the beach! Similar distance to John's Pass Bridge & Boca Ciega Bay; walking distance to John's Pass Village (shopping dining entertainment).
St. Petersburg is the closest city.  Visit the brand new St. Pete Pier.  There is something for everyone with a vibrant art district, live music, waterfront shopping and dining. Fly into Tampa or Clearwater. (TPA or PIE)
 
The space
This property is located in a residential neighborhood that is often compared to old Florida Keys (prior to all the commercialization) and is situated on a double corner lot. We are 500' from the beach access point. The fenced yard, hot tub, gardens, grill area, outdoor dining and coin laundry is shared by the 2 one bedroom rental units. There is a 2 bedroom unit that has its own private outdoor dining and grill area. Each unit has its' own semi-private outdoor patio/seating area. One of the units had shaded dedicated parking for one car, the other has a carport. Additional parking options are available, just ask.

If you find anything NOT to be to your liking, please reach out to the owner so that the problem can be corrected during your stay.
We are 500' from the beach. Beach chairs, towels, coolers, and carts are provided for your use at no charge. I do not supply umbrellas.
The closest shopping, dining, and entertainment is John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. Gators restaurant and bar is just a block away.
Dogs are NOT allowed on the Treasure Island Beach but there are many beaches that do allow them. (and bars, and restaurants, and home improvement stores...)

The location is great!


The location is great! You can walk to so much. I thought the beach nearby was outstanding! We walked there daily. Far less crowded than other beaches we visited. I hope to stay with Susan again.

Wonderful


Such a wonderful family vacation we had for two weeks. Susan\'s place was so nice and clean. The beach was short walk distance as well as the John Pass village. We are going back for sure!

Perfect Place


We loved that the place had a quick walk to the beach. We crossed one road and pretty much you were at the white sand beach. The owner made us feel at home and was very nice and answered all our questions. The place was very clean and spacious. It was the perfect place for our family vacation.

Don’t let the fact that Susan’s place isn’t on the beach. It’s a very short walk to the beach and everything you need is provided for you. If you’ve never been to Treasure Island this place is perfect for you! It’s close to anything you want. The beach is a short walk and not full of a lot of craziness. If you want craziness it’s just a short distance away. This is a great place to stay and would highly recommend it!!
