We came in the offseason with some friends. The house was clean and the location was great -- two blocks from the beach and five blocks from downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location!


We loved our stay at this great house! The pictures don’t do it justice—it was clean, well-equipped, had lots of room for our two families and was the perfect location to the beach and downtown Bethany! We stayed here for two nights with another family for a soccer tournament and we all wished we had stayed longer to take full advantage of being right by the beach. The house was well maintained and worked great as a home base.

October stay


This was a lovely house in a very convenient location. Open floorplan with kitchen, dining room, and living room was perfect for a group but with separated bedrooms for privacy. The landlord was very nice and helpful. Pack n play and beach accessories were a really nice bonus to this rental.
