A beautiful flat/apartment with all the amenities you will need while away from home. Private heated salt water pool, jacuzzi, and exercise room on-site. 
 
The apartment has a refrigerator with an ice maker, computer with high-speed internet access, wireless internet service and a telephone with free local calls and free long distance calls to USA and Canada. A washer and dryer are located inside the unit as well as everything else needs when you arrive. A tropical setting and very private, but still close to all the activities of the city.
 
With only a few units sharing the pool, private time around the pool is very easy to obtain.
 
Just a short drive to Tampa Florida and only one hour to Disney World, Universal Studios and all the activities of Orlando including other theme parks and water parks.
 
If you are coming to town for medical reasons the unit is located just 5 minutes from All Children's Hospital and Bayfront Medical Center.
 
Ask about rates for stays less than one week. Stay for a month and only pay for 3 weeks.
 
Units are smoke free but smoking is allowed outside.

Wonderful!


We had a wonderful week here with another couple. We were in the two bedroom unit upstairs which was super clean, comfortable with all the amenities we needed! The pool setting was wonderful, much better than a resort due to privacy! I would definitely come back here. Dave is a perfect host! Thank you so much!

Excellent Stay


Thanks Dave, for an excellent stay in St. Petersburg while we were attending the annual Blues Festival at Vinoy Park. My husband and I stayed in the 1 bedroom which was perfect for our needs. The place was clean and comfortable and close to everything. We also went to the beach and did some shopping, sightseeing, dining, etc. Dave was an excellent host and provided all the amenities of a posh hotel (but much better than a noisy hotel). Loved the pool/jacuzzi and even stayed in one day just for the relaxation. We have decided to make this an annual trip; so, see you next year Dave!:)

The location was perfect


Our family of 4 stayed here for April break. The location was perfect, the rental was spotless and exactly as the pictures showed. Everything we needed was right there and we felt at home. Dave and Paul were beyond kind and accomodating. Above and beyond in my book!! Hopefully the property is available next year when we go back! Great time had by all...

Great Location


Myself and a friend stayed here whilst over from the UK to watch the Rays for a week. The apartment was ideal four our needs. It is located a short distance from anything that you\'ll need - bars, shops, restaurants, beaches etc. Dave is a great guy and made us feel very welcome. The apartment is spotless and very comfortable. The pool area is ideal for relaxation after a day out or prior to a night out. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. Thanks Dave!
