Canoe, row boat, life jackets, tubes for floating on the water. Basement with w/d and plenty of room for kids to hang out. Bedroom 1-King bed with day bed in corner. Bedroom 2- two queen beds and bunk bed.  3rd bedroom can be used as TV room and converts to sleeper bed or blow up mattress for sleeping two at night. Main family room has new sleeper sofa. Two days beds on screened in porch. Dishwasher, microwave, stove, high speed internet and cable TV.  In great condition. Lots of recent upgrades.
