Description

This grand English Tudor Manor is the ideal setting for family reunions, corporate events, birthday parties, anniversaries, or intimate weddings. The Manor hosts a total of 14 adults and unlimited children under 12! Our fully-fenced backyard and large doggy-door make us the perfect pet-friendly vacation destination for your furry family members, too!
 
The Tudor Rose Manor is a 6-bedroom year-round residential vacation rental. The occupancy of this rental is limited to 14 adult guests (2 per bedroom + 2 additional.) Children under the age of 12 are not counted toward the maximum. There are 3 other areas for the extra 2 adults and children to sleep which are referred to as the Family Room, Game Room and Wet Bar. There are 15 beds, 4 full bathrooms and an outdoor hot & cold shower and a SwimSpa. The Dining room seats a maximum of 22.
 
The number of automobiles allowed is 5 in the driveway and the number of people permitted at daytime celebrations or gatherings (allowed only between 8am and 9:45pm) is 28, twice the number of adult guests.
There is going to be an elevator installed between the 1st and 2nd floor in the near future.

Thanksgiving family gathering


Great location, lots of condiments, very comfortable. Could use some cleaning out of some items as nooks and crannies were full. Overall, a great time in a great spot.

We all had a great time. Location is wonderful. Eating outside as a whole group was so easy with the tables already set up. Lots of bedroom space!

Super place for families and pets


We were made to feel very welcome. We arrived a bit before check in time 3pm and the cleaners were finishing up. They did a wonderful job, coming out to help us with the hot tub the next day. I would recommend!

Fun family trip


We had a great time at the Tudor Rose Manor! We have a large family group with lots of grandkids and really enjoyed the outdoor space and the toys in the front yard. Everything was clean and it was easy to tell where things went. The owners and managers were helpful. It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach and roast hot dogs and s’mores with the firewood and wagon provided by the owners. The backyard has several grills and tons of seating, so we had an awesome cookout after hitting some of the wonderful local fruit/veg stands, then spent time in the lovely spa. A great house, location, quiet neighborhood, and all the amenities made this our favorite stay on our trip!

Plenty of room for all of us.


Multitude of good touches. Every utensil you could possibly ask for. Loads of games, CDs, books, etc. Plenty of freezer and refrigerator space. Cooperative landlords. When the hot tub heating stopped working repairman was rapidly dispatched.
