The space

Everything in and about this beautiful rental is brand new and of the highest quality. Enjoy fishing from our dock about a 40 second walk away or nearby beach jetties, and we provide fishing gear. This gorgeous home has all the bells and whistles that are sure to make your vacation exceptionally enjoyable. Not just one but two wide screen TV’s one with home theater sound system Blue Ray DVD. Two separate HVAC systems to maximize comfort for each floor! Each floor has its own thermostat. This may be the only vacation rental on Anna Maria Island with water filtration system that provides water free from chlorine and other chemicals found in the public drinking water (you will notice fuller hair and smoother skin as compared to public water), but we didn't stop there. This home also has reverse osmosis drinking water (as good or better than bottled water)! Have allergies? Our home has Reme Halo UV purified air built in to each of the two HVAC systems! This home has premium washer and dryer in the home. We even provide detergent. 2 full deluxe bathrooms with Italian marble tile and stone bathrooms, all new flooring. Crown molding throughout! 
 
Unlike most rentals with just a shower, the master bathroom has a big deluxe walk in shower and the other has shower and a whirlpool tub! When you stay with us at the 'Primo Flamingo’ you’ll enjoy a new deluxe kitchen, granite counters, Italian tile, solid cherry wood slow return cabinets, with premium appliances and virtually every kitchen items, like home, making the kitchen fully stocked. We even provide 2 types of coffee machines, Keurig and drip. We even provide spices. 
 
You’ll also enjoy walking out onto two different screened lanais. Both are very large screened on one side and 1/3 of roof for air flow with 2 sides and 2/3 of roof with solid patio scenes (pictures of beach) for optimum relaxation and privacy! One lanai is a ground level patio, with genuine Travertine stone table and, swivel seating for 6 and one deck top lanai with full shade and overhead fans. 
 
Rate includes unlimited calling anywhere in USA and Canada, Wi-Fi, digital cable, a 46″ smart TV and three more flat screens with DVD in the bedrooms.
 
You will love our white powder sand beach only just about a minute walk away. Take the free trolley to explore the area and enjoy live entertainment right on the water as well as a dozen more restaurants and pubs! 
 
Other unique extras include: full closets, reserved off road parking, and a storage locker stocked with beach chairs, fishing gear, mobile cooler, beach cart and umbrella.

My wife and I own this lovely cottage. We fell in love with its charm. Its rare to find a cute stand alone vacation rental that is not 2 or 3 stories high. This rental has only two or three steps! Everything in this unit is like new and always immaculately cleaned. Its located in the most sought after and narrow part of island where you can walk about 50 seconds to beach in one direction and about 40 seconds to our fishing dock on bay. We know you have lots of choices for your vacation and we hope you will choose this rental for your next vacation. Once you do, we think youll want to come back as over half of our guests do!.

Perfect...


My family and I stayed at Island Getaway for Christmas 2019 and we loved everything about it! The renovations made for a comfortable, functional, and clean living space! The location from attractions, shops, and restaurants on Bridge Street was prefect - not too far a walk and not right on top of everything. The beach is literally right across the street and my boys had fun trying to catch fish on the dock at the other side of the street. Overall, we enjoyed our time, Mark is a wonderful host and provided tons of great information before our arrival, and we look forward to staying with them again soon!

This place is awesome - truly a home away from home. Everything was sparkling clean. The beds were comfortably fitted with memory foam mattresses. Nice theater area with comfy leather recliners. Kitchen well stocked with anything you could possibly need for cooking meals. Plenty of towels available. Perfect location - minutes walk from the beach or bay. Very attentive owners. Will definitely stay here again!

Very spacious and extremely clean. Everything you could possibly need was there. Beautiful sitting area - garden area with grills, etc. Would definitely stay here again. Mark and his wife met us our first evening here to show us around and even set up the tv for us. Great host!

Outstanding location! Everything is within a short walk. Loved the little dock at the end of the street! The unit was well-appointed and very clean. The rooms are small, but the screened porch and lovely courtyard more than made up for the lack of space inside. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Mark’s place at Bradenton Beach was wonderful! The upper unit was clean and very tastefully decorated. I especially appreciated the electric fireplace as our weather was a bit cool. This is probably one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve experienced with . The beach is within steps of the unit as is the canal with a lovely sitting dock. I highly recommend this king size unit for its location and value.

The location of this charming beach cottage can't be beat! Literally so close to the beach, we loved that - especially watching fireworks from the beach on New Year's Eve! The screened in patio area was one of the best features as we had breakfast out there every morning and felt like we were in a lush private garden. Charming cottage, we'll be back!
