ABOUT THE APARTMENTS.
Two Brits who located to Naples over a decade ago, and live here year round, own 3 totally remodeled units at the Resort. All 3 have new kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, granite tops, tumbled marble, and porcelain tile throughout. No messy carpet to worry about. Ceramic stove top, microwave, dishwasher , ice/maker refrigerator and all utensils. A washer/dryer is tucked away too. There are two apartments on the second floor, and one on the first floor. For the benefit of the Brits, please read this as, two on the 1st floor, and one on the ground floor. They are all located on the West side of the Resort
 
The furnishings have been chosen carefully, with king bedroom furniture, which leads to the ensuite and large walk-in closet. The twin bedrooms are very comfortable and have sliding doors onto the lanai. The lanai is screened in and has good sized table and seating for your al fresco days.
 
There are 2 flat screen Tvs in each apartment, and wi fi for your computing needs.
 
Beach chairs, a cooler and sun umbrella are there for your beach days. And we can offer our guests a complimentary beach parking pass for the prestigious private Park Shore section of the wonderful sandy beaches---- this is absolutely invaluable, and totally eliminates parking problems. Parking passes are also available for other local beaches.
 
EXCLUSIVE PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS: Included in this rental,the owners are able to offer a complimentary beach pass for a beautiful local beach, which offers rest rooms, showers, free parking etc. This offer is unique to these apartments.
 
ABOUT THE RESORT
If you haven’t visited Naples before, to stay at the Resort will give you all the comforts you could wish for and more. In the Lobby very friendly staff are there to help you, with any problems/queries. You can help yourself to coffee and towels for use around the swimming pool with backdrop waterfall. There is also a hot tub, work out room, tennis courts and wonderful walkways with tropical foliage, in addition to a sun deck, and separate barbecue area, with numerous grills, tables, chairs etc etc.
 
The owners who live very close to the Resort, are on hand to help with any of your problems. Just a phone call away, or even email!
 
Each apartment has its own booklet giving guidance on the air conditioning

ABOUT NAPLES a little part of Paradise !
 
Apart from it’s wonderful beaches and sunsets, Naples has much, much more to offer. It is widely known as the golf capital of the States, with more than a hundred golf courses. The Seniors tour also plays one of it’s events here in February each year. There are courses to suit every level of play.
 
Naples has an abundance of restaurants, with at least ten within walking distance of the Resort. Local shops and discount stores are also an attraction

About Owner

We are an English couple who moved over to the States in 1997, with four Afghan hounds, and a blue and gold macaw parrot, We reside year round in Naples, and we are always on hand to deal with any problems that may arise, and answer any questions.

Owner purchased this Apartment in 1990

Perfect location!


We enjoyed our stay at Park Shore Resort very much! Unit 118 was well stocked and the access to the pool and resort restaurant was so convenient! The parklike setting is beautiful! The resort location could not have been better with great access to many restaurants, grocery store, drug store and the historic Naples downtown! Unfortunately, we lost internet services toward the end of our stay, but the staff was quick to respond and came up with an alternate solution. The owners of the unit were great to work with and ironically, ran into them at a local restaurant and they were delightful! My only suggestion would be that the baths be supplied with bath soap at the onset since we arrived late and didn’t have shower soap until purchasing the next day. Thanks again to the owners and the managing staff!

Wonderful place in Naples!!


This property was set up well for our family of four....the private beach pass was a golden ticket to be sure. The owner was wonderful to work with and gave me great advice on places to eat. It is centrally located in Naples which is a beautiful little city. And, so many things were on hand for us: dishes, towels, coffee maker, hairdryer, beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, etc. I highly recommend this property - it allowed my family to make wonderful memories of our time in Naples. Thank you :)

Great place


Spent wonderful two weeks in the Resort. The condo is wonderful, the resort is great. Clean, easy to get around in the Resort. People are friendly and the resort is quiet. Loved the location, close to beaches, stores and restaurants. I would come back to the resort and the condo any time I come to Naples. Actually, hate to leave my new Happy Place.!

Beautiful and enjoyable


Joan was amazing to work with and very accommodating. The condo was nicely updated and was great for our family of four. The resort was nice and well kept. The resort pool was amazing and the grounds were kept up nicely. It is in a nice area with shopping and restaurants close by. The biggest positive for me was how quiet it was. It really felt private for us which we thoroughly enjoyed. The private beach pass was nice if you don\'t want many people around. I would highly recommend this unit and Joan Shallcross. She was great!! You will not be disappointed.

Perfect space


Joan was a wonderful host for our stay. Easy process from initial email to check out! The condo was fully updated with a stackable washer/dryer, dishwasher, and everything you need for your cooking desires. The best part of the condo is the fully retractable sliding doors leading to the screened in porch. Great stay.
