Located on a hillside, this cozy 1,150 sq. feet duplex with a cabin atmosphere has everything you need for a 'getaway' vacation. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee or a tall glass of lemonade on the front porch while watching the wildlife. The sunrises are included at no charge. The location offers a feeling of seclusion, yet it is conveniently located near Greers Ferry and Fairfield Bay. Janssen's Lakefront Restaurant is located 1/4th of a mile down the hill. Several other restaurants are nearby. Devil's Fork Park is a great place to launch your boat and is located only 2 1/2 miles away.
 
As soon as you enter you will feel the embrace of charming wood walls and tin ceilings. The unique stairway with it's rustic demeanor will definitely catch your attention. The first floor has an open floor plan with a fully furnished kitchen including a full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, and coffeemaker. The master bedroom, bathroom, and an additional bathroom/laundry room (washer & dryer are full sized) are also located on the first floor. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and full bathroom. The second floor has a bedroom with a queen sized bed and an open sitting room. The sitting room includes a futon which can sleep 2. Linens are provided.
 
This description is for a single duplex. If you have a larger party, consider renting both units.  This is sure to provide you and your family with unforgettable memories of a fun time at Greers Ferry Lake. Fairfield Bay, which is just minutes away, has 90 miles of trails that ATV/UTV riders love. Trout fishing on The Little Red River is 35 minutes away. If you're up for a scenic drive, Mountain View is only 45 minutes away. The Buffalo River which is known for great canoeing, kayaking, and fishing is only a 1 1/2 hour drive.
 
This unit (#2) IS pet friendly. Unit #1 is NOT pet friendly. Free Wi-Fi provided.  We now have boat parking at the bottom of the hill.

Beautiful clean place perfect for our family group!


The cabin was clean and well supplied. I enjoyed the morning on the deck. Watching the sun coming up through the trees and seeing the reflection on lake was awesome. Wish I had figured out where the grocery store was a little sooner. We took the ferry out of Fairfield Bay and went bowling and hiking. It was a great time in a great place. I would definitely stay here again.

Very neat property


Excellent property located close to the lake. Woodwork throughout the house is very nice design. Between that and the tin roof makes a very nice place to stay. I would definitely stay here again. Owners texted us several times to make sure all was well and check if we needed anything. Read their directions on how to get to the property as Google takes you a half mile away!
