This cozy little cottage is cute and convenient.  Relax on the front porch in our rocking chairs while you enjoy watching the wildlife.  We are located one-fourth a mile from the Midway Bluffs and two miles from the Hill Creek Marina and boat launch.  Rest, relax, and unwind in this 675 sq. foot getaway.
 
If you are looking to “getaway” from it all, come be our Guest. You and your family are sure to make many unforgettable memories on Greers Ferry Lake is a great place to spend the day boating, tubing, skiing or fishing.  Spend the day enjoying nature and hiking to a waterfall. Fairfield Bay, which is just minutes away, has 90 miles of trails for ATV/UTV lovers.  Trout fish on The Little Red River or climb Sugarloaf Mountain in Heber Springs.  If you're up for a scenic drive, Mountain View is only 45 minutes away.  Enjoy a visit to Blanchard Springs Caverns, Ozark Folk Center, or Loco Ropes while you are there. Visit the Mark Martin Museum in Batesville.  The Buffalo River which is known for great canoeing, kayaking, and fishing is about a 1 1/2-hour drive.  You may want to spend an afternoon outdoors enjoying nature and waterfalls.
 
The lower level of the cottage includes a master bedroom with a queen bed and futon. The kitchen opens to the living room and is fully stocked with full sized appliances. The bathroom is also located on the lower level. The second level is made up of an open loft with a queen-sized bed. Boat parking is available on the property for those who want to bring their own boat.

Beautiful Little cottage

Lake trip


This cottage was great! The floor plan was very spacious and well decorated. The location was close proximity to the lake. Sara was very helpful with any question we had. I would recommend this property to anyone. We will definitely return.

Amazing cottage


Rented this cottage to get away from work and I couldnt have asked for a better property. Great price, great location (walking distance from the cliffs and driving to a swimming hole), amazing setup. All of the appliances and furniture looked new and were easy to use. The bed was comfortable. Sara was so helpful through the whole thing. I look forward to staying there again.

Adorable little cottage


This was the perfect little space for a long weekend getaway! Completely spotless upon arrival and all the perfect amenities. Nice to not be in the middle of town but just a short drive to Heber Springs downtown, swimming areas, boat launch and restaurants. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!
