Our 2nd row home on HILTON HEAD ISLAND offers a beautiful ocean view. No other home in the area has 3 spacious balconies, including one under roof.  Our home has been rented for weddings, receptions and bridal parties.
 
Spacious and tranquil just begins to describe this beautiful house. With incredible sweeping views of the ocean and tidal marsh, the beach is only a short 5-minute walk away, about 100 yards. A tidal marsh creates a peaceful buffer from beach noises and other homes while providing a safe haven for egrets, sea turtles and other delightful creatures.  
 
The generous top floor is an airy great room with vaulted ceiling, skylights, and access to two balconies. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, a five-burner gas stove and an island with a breakfast bar. It is open to the dining area, which is furnished with a large table that comfortably seats ten.   
 
A gas grill located on the deck by the kitchen is a perfect place for a happy hour while watching the steaks grill or the sunrise with a hot cup of coffee in the morning. The gas grill is connected to our underground propane tank, so you don't have to worry about purchasing or running out of gas. A large covered porch, on the first floor, provides additional space for entertaining or to enjoy the view and tranquility.  
 
Two living areas--a living room and a family room with TVs/DVDs--are perfect to gather for relaxation, movies or sports programs. 
 
There are three elegant master suites and two bedrooms also with adjoining bathrooms. With two kings, two queens and two double beds, plus one queen sofa sleeper, this home sleeps 14 in comfort and privacy.

We provide what we'd want in our home to be comfortable. We feature multiple refrigerators and a fully stocked kitchen. You have access to our 2 car garage for your convenience.

Sea Pines is just a great place for family and couple vacations. We love being able to bike to Harbour Town and South Beach on the bike paths. The nature preserve is an undiscovered gem. The golf courses are beautiful and challenging.

Our home is pet-friendly and located on the beach side of Sea Pines Drive, with no streets to cross to get to the beach. It is located only 1 mile from Harbour Town or South Beach. We heat the hot tub heat for free.

Amazing home.


This was our first visit to Hilton Head Island and we wanted to make it a good one. Jim & Clara\'s home more than exceeded our expectations. The layout was perfect and the kitchen was awesome for our Thanksgiving feast. It had great access to the beach and our dog loved it as well. We will definately be returning.

Perfection


The place was well kept and had everything you could ever need. We cooked a few meals and we always had everything we needed. The beach was so close and such an easy walk with two young babies. The large closets were perfect to set up the pack and plays for the two littles. We had such a great time and would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Hurricane Dorian passed and the week was picture perfect


Our family had an outstanding vacation. We enjoyed how close we were to the beach and the beautiful views. The elevator was a bonus for easy moving in and having 4 seniors in our party. The owners were great to work with and very responsive in all our correspondence. We will be back.

Great family house!!!


This home is perfect for a family vacation! Two of the master bedrooms have large ventilated closets that can be small bedrooms for babies...a huge plus for us! The owners are wonderful to work with and the home is clean. We have stayed here twice and had an amazing time!!

The large open kitchen/dining area really met our needs for a place to gather our large family for meals and games. Proximity to the beach was very convenient. Nice views.
