Awesome venue for a large gathering.

Everything was as advertised. Awesome villa, not too far from Chapel Hill, and wonderful beds and space.

Gorgeous property that makes it easy to navigate the Triangle

Wonderful home with a great view in a nice quiet neighborhood. I would recommend planning on eating out or ordering in for larger groups as the kitchen is a little small, but loving and sleeping quarters are very spacious. Karen is accommodating and responsive. A great experience!

It was perfect for what we needed!

Great property. Great working with Karen. Perfect place for the needs of my colleagues and our retreat objectives.

GREAT place for group outings

This house is PERFECT for group or family outings. Centrally located, wonderfully appointed furnishings and appliances made for a very comfortable stay. And the Owner could not have been more hospitable.

Perfect Family Weekend

This inn was the perfect solution for our family weekend. My grandma, mother, aunts, uncle, and cousins were more than impressed from the time they walked through the front door. With 6 bedrooms/bathrooms, it ensured we all had our own personal space this entire weekend. Karen was a pleasure to work with, and when we had a minor issue with the tv volume, she was literally over in minutes to help solve it. My aunt loved the waffle maker, and with a family full of coffee drinkers, the easy coffee making machine was a definite plus. The inn was clean and inviting. It exceeded my expectations. This weekend was relaxing and fun. I wish we could have stayed one more day! Thanks Karen! However: I just remembered one area of improvement. My husband, toddler and I stayed in one of the downstairs rooms. The floors above us were creaky, and we could hear whenever someone upstairs moved around. It was quite loud at times. Luckily it was our family, so I guess we were a little more forgiving, but we did think it would have taken away from our experience more had it been someone we didn\'t know staying above us. But other than this, everything else was great! So great, I almost forgot about the creaky floor! :-)

Great for UNC Alumni reunion!

We had a large group of girls come for a UNC reunion weekend and the football game. There was plenty of space for the 12 of us and the house had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out was super easy. There were hotel-like amenities like toiletries, linens, and breakfast. Just be sure to give yourself plenty of time if ordering Ubers into the Chapel Hill area. There are not that many around and we had ~20 min wait times. Thank you for the great stay!
