We are located at Windsor at Westside, which is one of Kissimmee’s newest and most luxurious resort community. An extraordinary 5,000 sq.ft. clubhouse is the centerpiece, as well as a huge resort-style pool, complete with cabanas, a water slide, and lazy river – perfect for families to enjoy for hours! Our 6 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom vacation home has an impressive (3,117 sq. ft.) open floor plan and is beautifully decorated throughout. The 6 bedrooms sleep up to 14 and allow everyone to have plenty of space and privacy. The bedroom configuration consists of 2 complete king master suites, which makes the house ideal for sharing with friends and family! Also included are 1 queen bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, and 2 bunk-bedrooms. Fab Five Villa provides all of the comforts of home, with all the amenities of a resort, in a location within minutes of Disney and the other Orlando theme parks!

We have been traveling to Kissimmee for many years. We are a Disney Family... "The Fab Five!" :-) It has been our dream to have our own vacation home. Finding a beautiful home that is close to the Disney parks was a challenge. But, when we discovered the brand new resort-Windsor at Westside, with all of their fun amenities, we were instantly sold!

Great stay!


This house easily fit 11 of us (6 adults and 5 children). It was clean upon our arrival. We all loved the pool, game room, and the arcade at the clubhouse. Convenient to the Disney Parks and Universal. House was as listed and we were all very happy with our stay.

Our families had a wonderful time - the house is so spacious, comfortable and welcoming. The Disney decor touches are so cute! The clubhouse amenities are amazing - there was so much to do! This is a fantastic vacation property and we would definitely recommend it!

I cant say enough about fab5. We go to Disney at least 1 time a year. Always stayed on property. Never again! 20 min quick ride to the parks and bam your in. I feel its faster then taking Disney transportation. Uber was only 11 bucks each way. The house was designed for the entire family. So much space. It was a great Relaxing trip to Disney and I never could say that before. Thanks

Great week at Fab5


We stayed at here in September 2019 with our 4 kids and my wifes parents. The house was a perfect fit for our family and excellent for the kids. The themed rooms (Frozen, Toy Story, and Finding Nemo) were well done and the games room provided hours of fun play time. The house is large and clean with an overall Disney theme in the two common areas (on the main floor and second floor). The kitchen was stocked with more than enough dishes and small appliances. We enjoyed all of our breakfasts and about half of our dinners in the house using the kitchen to prepare our food. The clubhouse is a short 3-4 minute walk and we ended up spending 3 half days there with the kids. Scott was available to answer our questions leading up to and during our stay and always responded within a few hours. We would certainly stay here again and recommend to anyone considering the house.

Relaxing and convenient


AMAZING!! Stayed here with my husband and 4 children ages 13, 11, 8, and 5. It was perfect for everyone. Big enough that we never felt crowded and everyone could have their space. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The pool was where the kids wanted to spend the most time! We had many little visitors (lizards and a frog in the pool) so just be prepared. One suggestion would be to have the lanai screen checked as there were a couple holes in which they kept coming in. Luckily, nobody was too scared so they didnt bother us. The only other concerns we had were the downstairs bedroom bathroom has a window without any type of curtain and the next door neighbors bedroom window over looks it and can see right in and the shower in the bathroom is very slippery which we learned the first time we stepped into it. Otherwise no complaints. The house was a very close to supermarket(Publix), Walmart, restaurants, and most importantly the parks (15-25 minutes). Overall a great experience and would definitely book again!!! Thanks for sharing your home!
