Tupelo Magic is in the private, prestigious, secure and mature community of Calabay Parc, 15 minutes from Disney, close to all major highways, restaurants and shopping. The Villa is in a secure community and is monitored 24/7 with 23 video cameras located throughout the complex for your added security. Private swimming pool with attached spa, in a screened in area with a child safety fence next to the Lanai.  Pool area faces westerly, to see the sun set and for lots of afternoon sun for lounging after a long day at the attractions. The pool is temperature controlled to 85 degrees via a Solar System,(Additional pool/spa heat and spa only heat available at an additional cost). Two master bedrooms, one with four piece ensuite with soaker tub and separate shower and the other with a three piece ensuite with walk-in shower. Two other bedrooms with single beds and their own shared 4 piece washroom. We provide hotel quality linen and towels for your added comfort. Full kitchen with all the amenities including seating for eight comfortably in the dining room and table for four in the kitchen. Games room with pool table and foosball for all to have fun after the long vacation days around Orlando. Living areas and all the bedrooms come complete with televisions for everyone to either watch programs together or separately. Two of the televisions have DVD players built-in, so bring your favourite movies. Full laundry facilities available including iron and ironing board, parking for two vehicles. Other amenities include free WiFi, free long distance telephone for Canada and United States and a Nintendo Wii game system. Additionally, there are golf courses nearby, and we have two sets of Men's right-handed golf clubs available to use, if you so desire. We hope you enjoy our vacation villa as much as we do.

This allows for quiet time with your family to relax and enjoy after busy days out and about. A Villa rental can reduce your restaurant costs as you have a full kitchen meaning you don't have to go out for all your meals. Avoid the hotel experience of large properties, lots of people, waiting for elevators, busy parking lots, and congested pool areas. Villa vacations provide privacy and your own pool. It removes the commercialism of vacations while allowing you and your family to visit the attractions around Orlando.
What makes this Villa unique
We love our home for the convenience to the Disney, Universal and Seaworld attractions, which is typical for the Orlando area but with the home experience. We can keep vacation costs down with eating some meals in, and treat ourselves to some outside dining. It has privacy in the screened in pool and spa area with underwater coloured lighting, it has televisions with DVD's, Wii game system, games room with billiards and Foosball and all the amenities of being in your own home. We love being close enough to the attractions and shopping but far enough to get away and relax. Calabay Parc is a sought after location for vacationers and owners, which is well maintained.

Great spot


Great location close to Disney, but far enough away to be comfortable and away from the crowds and traffic. Home is well equipped and great layout for 2 families of 4 to share.

Great vacation!


Great vacation, all the amenities required when on Holidays. Close to all the amusement parks especially Disney & Epcot. Had a great time and would recommend it to anyone looking to visit Orlando and Disney.

Gorgeous property


We have stayed in numerous vacation homes in the Orlando area, and this was by far one of the nicest homes we have been to in this area. The place was clean, very well equipped and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The few concerns that we had were addressed promptly and courteously by the management company. The kids loved playing foosball in the games room and swimming in the pool. The adults loved the hot tub and relaxing in the living room. Well situated about 3 miles north of I-4, in a lovely subdivision, this property is close to all the amenities and not a bad drive to the parks and Disney Springs.

Excellent stay perfect for our family


I stayed at Tupelo Magic for two weeks in May this year with my husband, my 5 year old and my 81 year old mother. The location was perfect for Disney and other local restaurants/shops. The house was perfect just the right size with all that we needed in it. It was clean and well kept and the pool and jacuzzi were great fun for all of the family. The hosting agency for the house for excellent, they were fast and efficient with any requests we had. We would definitely stay here again and we look forward to our next visit.
