There is a pool and a hot tub on first level with direct access to the beach from the pool area with an outdoor shower on the walkover.
Inside on the first floor there is an elevator that reaches all floors of the house as well as stairs from first floor to fourth floor.
The second floor has an open living space with full kitchen and dining area; there is a balcony with a full beach view that runs across the entire wall of the second floor. There is a hide-away laundry space and a powder room on this floor.
The third floor has a king bedroom and queen bedroom with a Jack-an-Jill bathroom with shower, vanity and water closet. Both the king bedroom and the queen bedroom have doors to outside balcony overlooking the ocean. There is a large bunkroom on this floor with two queen beds and a full-over-full bunk bed. Outside the bunkroom is a bathroom with double sink vanity and a privacy door to the bathroom with toilet and tub/shower combo.
Fourth floor has a king bedroom with private ensuite, a 50" TV and doors to outside balcony overlooking the ocean. Outside the king bedroom door is a coffee/wet bar with Keurig. There is a Queen bedroom with private bath, 50" TV, with doors to outside balcony overlooking the ocean. This floor also has a full bedroom with private bathroom and a 45" TV.
This house includes a wine cooler; a flat screen smart TV in every room, complimentary Wi-Fi access, Bose sound system throughout including pool area, central heat and air, and direct access to the private beach.
