Just Listed Mid April for Summer 2019!! Max's Beach Retreat is a large luxury vacation rental 1.5 blocks from the sparkling waters and white sands of Cherry Grove Beach in North Myrtle Beach. House was completely updated spring 2019. All new furniture throughout. Amazing "Backyard Oasis" Large pool, spa and grill/bar with plenty of outdoor space. The house is very spacious containing 2,300 sq ft of living space, 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths with a private pool. There is a huge outdoor patio and 3 decks! It has an open, modern floor plan with an updated kitchen. The house has brand new furniture and premium mattresses as of 2019 and has been completely updated and painted. We have Wi-Fi and Direct TV with new flat screen TVs in all of the bedrooms and living room. Downstairs there is a large lounging area as your make your way to the salt water pool and relaxing under the house patio. Max's Beach Retreat sleeps up to 12 with a large master suite with king bed, second master bedroom with king bed, a third bedroom with a queen bed, and a fourth bedroom with 2 queen beds. The master suite bath has a Jacuzzi tub as well as a shower. Max's is dog friendly (it would have to be, it is named after our little buddy Max!) so bring the furry ones too! The house features key less entry with washer and dryer on the 2nd floor. One and 1/2  blocks from the beach and within walking to many restaurants and stores. The home was built in 2007 and the house, pool and deck area were completely updated and remodeled in 2019. A great place to relax with over 2,000 sq feet of outdoor living space. The cleaning fee of $180 and includes a full linen package, we also have 4 beach chairs for your group to use at the beach! This is a new listing for us but we have a great track record of our guests loving our beach properties. We will have some great ones for Max's soon but we just listed the property in April 2019. Marla J is an innovation expert for a large tech company and Jamie is a sales executive for a publishing company. Marla J was born and raised in sunny South Florida and Jamie is from the cold, winter grey Detroit area. We met in Florida and moved to Virginia some years ago and love Cherry Grove!

Great vacation rental!


We loved the house and the proximity to the ocean, restaurants, and stores. The house was very spacious and clean. We had plenty of dishes, silverware and cooking supplies for our party. We would love to stay again when visiting the Cherry Grove/Myrtle Beach area.

Max’s was amazing!


We spent our 13th girls weekend at Max’s and it was so much fun!! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The pool, hot tub and downstairs living areas were perfect for sitting and laughing which we did a lot of!! Would go back again! Maybe for year 14?!?! Thank you for being great hosts!!

Just perfect!


Our group of 7 thoroughly enjoyed Max’s Beach House. It really was better than advertised. The rooms are bigger than in the pictures, and the furniture and mattresses seemed brand new and the sheets were good quality. The beach bag welcome package was kind and thoughtful. When we arrived the home smelled fresh and lemony clean. At the end of our stay I ask the group if there was anything else they would change or want for our next trip and no one had any faults to find with this house. The pool and hot tub were exactly what we needed to enjoy the 90 degree weather. The owner is super host, thinking of every possible need! Thank you Jamie!
