Tenancy is subject for "Jasmine Court" HOA board approval. Non-refundable $100 application fee are paid by potential tenant directly to community HOA management after rental contract is signed by tenants and owners.
Optional: Clubhouse / Pool Proximity cards and Community Gate Bar Code sticker for tenant's car are available at extra cost to tenants ($90 -$140 depending on the length of the rental agreement) and will be provided to tenants upon arrival.

"Falling Waters" community is situated in the middle of North East Naples, FL, just a few minutes away from public Golf Courts and Boating Marina, within 10 minutes’ drive to Mexico Gulf World renowned White Sand beaches, 5th avenue Boutiques shopping, Restaurants, Museums, and other Entertainment attractions.
Plenty of activity within "Falling Waters" community, Tennis Courts, Bocce Courts, social events at the Club House and Great Resort style recently (Oct 2019) renovated salt water heated pool.

Booking preliminary approved after Rental Agreement is signed (electronically) by the Landlord and potential Tenant(s).
$100 application fee are not refundable and paid by applicant (potential tenant) directly to HOA Management. Booking is fully approved and confirmed after Jasmine Court Board of Directors & HOA approval. Additional instructions on application process will be provided by Landlord within 2 business days after date of the Booking request.
Refundable damage deposit is required at the time of the booking via "Zelle" money Transfer services within 1 calendar weeks (7 days) after preliminary Booking request submission. Refund for the full amount will be issued within 2 calendar weeks after tenant departure or within 2 business days if tenancy is not approved by HOA Board and booking is cancelled.
Rates totals per night do not include fees and taxes and are subject to change. Payments for the booked period must follow Rental Agreement Schedule or be paid in Full at the time of the booking if beginning of the rental period is within 30 days of tenancy term.
Traveler's Insurance is not provided. Please use "CSA Travelers Insurance" web site or similar TI providers to obtain an insurance policy to cover trip interruption and/or cancellation refunds.
