About Jill

The owner, Jill, has owned property at the Sandcastles Complex since 1986. Unit 611 (3/2 Direct Ocean Front) was the first unit purchased and was renovated in 2004. Jill has since added 2 more properties. In 2004, after the hurricanes, the owner added Unit 715 (2/2 Ocean View); the unit was completely renovated to a modern open floor plan with many upgrades. Jill has enjoyed this business so much that she recently added Unit 711 (3/2 Direct Ocean Front) and completely renovated the unit with a luxurious upscale decor. Jill loves the vacation rental business and has found it to be a very rewarding experience helping families to make joyful and memorable vacations.

What makes this Condo unique

Unique Direct Ocean Front 3/2. This unit could be called the Penthouse of the Sandcastles Complex. The south building with the southeast view has the best exposure in all of Sandcastles. I feel very fortunate to be the owner of this property and I would like to share the experience this unit has to offer, its truly a beautiful unit!

Awesome Family Vacation !!


We had a fantastic stay at Jills place! The place is awesome - exactly what we needed for a week long family vacation! The unit is well equipped and the balcony is awesome - nothing beats the view! Jill was very accommodating. We had to move our weeks, as something came up in our schedule. Would definitely stay again!

I first just wanted to say what a delight it was to work with the owner Jill. She provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We loved this place. The view was spectacular. We spent hours on the furnished balcony. We played tennis every day. Everything in the condo was beautifully furnished. The next time I am in Cocoa Beach this will be my number one choice.
