Property is located in the heart of Keuka Lake's prestigious east side, highlighting morning coffee sunrises from oak Adirondack chairs at the end of the dock, and spectacular sunsets from any of the several deck levels including the spacious 100' dock that juts out into the lake facing the magnificent and photogenic Bluff. The Lake House is completely furnished and offers 180-degree all-glass views from a combo sunroom/dinning room next to a master BR with King Bed and a romantic glass-faced, gas-fired fireplace in the living room, all amid a golden-age period cottage look-and-feel, including a few antiques and memorabilia items from that wonderful age.

I have seen many wondrous places in my travels, but the one true place I love more than any other, and the one place I will always call home, is "No Such Place" on gorgeous Keuka Lake.

Hammondsport on Keuka Lake is the source of the USA's first registered winery and now has nearly 20 fantastic and romantic wineries all around the lake. Harvest time is uniquely festive and fun for all and this happens spontaneously within the beauty of the incredible surrounding hills and fall foliage, a treat for the spirit and soul each and every year!

Location, Location, Location is the key to real estate, as they say, and 'No Such Place' fit's that phrase perfectly since it is ideally situation on the lake with strategic access by road and water to all of the key surrounding towns. The 3-branch and bluff views from the property in summer, spring, winter or fall are mesmerizing and soothing for one's spirit, and simply amazing for one's eyes to behold. Needless to say, a great place to bring your camera...!

“No Such Place” is Totally Awesome…!


My wife and were looking for a charming and romantic place in the Finger Lakes and came across “No Such Place.” The name was intriguing, and the web pictures were awesome. Could such a place exist, we wondered? Well, the name suggests it doesn’t, but my wife and I are proof that it really does…! The owner, Keith, was a real gentleman who was highly professional, responsive and full of interesting knowledge about the entire Finger Lakes Area, which we desperately needed, since we are from out of state. Keith also helped with dinner and winery tour recommendations as well as helped us secure two late season Kayak’s at a great price; both delivered and picked back up at our dock. We sat for hours having wine at the end of the gorgeous dock, enjoying the mesmerizing views and peaceful tranquility of the mirror smooth lake, amid the colorful late fall foliage of the surrounding hillsides as the sun set on the opposite shore. The property was clearly well maintained, very clean, and showed much owner care. Despite being rustic and a bit dated, the property had charm and character which showed-off the period it was built in. The kitchen was split into two rooms, one being a breakfast nook which also sported a large second refrigerator. Though the kitchen was a little small, it was fully stocked and fully functionally as we imagined anyone might need. There was great parking and the location was wonderfully quiet. It has the best dock on the lake from what we could tell, and also great neighbors; and the large property even has a nice little wooded area to walk your pets in. We totally fell in love with, “No Such Place,” and we will be back soon, for sure…!

Amazing place for your getaway!!


First of all, Keith was so wonderful leading up to my weekend at his house. He sent tons of information about the house and the area so i had plenty to do when i got there. The house itself is adorable and cozy and right on the lake. It was so beautiful! The area itself has tons to do, so you really can’t go wrong! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great space for a wonderful getaway with friends or family! (And canines because it’s also pet friendly :) )

Fabulous Keuka Lake Getaway


We had a great weekend at No Such Place, a very relaxing and comfortable home. The dock and waterfront are simply amazing places to sit and enjoy the lake views. We came with friends, and the seven of us fit comfortably in this quaint home. It is an older home, but was perfectly clean, everything worked flawlessly, and the furniture and beds were comfortable. Lots of space to play board games, and if the weather is nice there are multiple spots outside to enjoy the waterfront. The owner had great communication and was very responsive. We plan to return!

Keuka lake gem


We had a wonderful time staying here. Property was very clean and had an amazing view. Waking up in bed being able to look out over the lake was amazing! The property manager was so nice to deal with and got back with me very promptly. My family and I are planning on booking this home again this spring.
