This one bedroom one bathroom condo is located on the third floor of our Grande Tower Building. Because it is located in the Tower, it is an easy stroll to the beach.  There you can to enjoy our white quartz sand, and the Gulf’s warm waters.  The unit’s living room and dining room areas are combined to extend your entertaining space and is equipped with a 55" Smart TV, while the bedroom has a 50" flat screen TV, both with HD TV service and a DVR.  The bedroom has two queen size beds and there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bathroom has a remodeled walk-in shower.  The currently remodeled kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and a 12 cup coffee maker as well as a Keurig machine.. Patio has been incorporated into the living room to extend your living space.  It has sliding windows!

Great location


Great location, clean condo that has everything you need. Our AC went out on our last afternoon and it was quickly serviced by an outside company and fixed.

Perfect spot on Siesta Key


This condo was perfect for our stay. Everything was as advertised. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion would be to replace the box springs on both beds as they were very loud. Mattresses were great.
