Beautiful condo. Had a great time. Response to a stopped bathroom sink was immediate. Easiest checkout process ever. One glitch is that the address for the condo is 5961 Midnight Pass Rd. Not 5960- that is the office. The condo is across Midnight Pass from the beach. DID NOT MATTER. Lots of parking on the beach side at this resort. We loved our time here! Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed 311. Very clean with comfortable beds! Had some trouble with the tub faucets, but turn key helped immediately! Would stay here again, for sure!

Enjoyed our stay!


Our plane got us in late to the room (1am!) which was tough as we thought we were on the gulf side so it was a little tricky finding the room. The keyless entry was great (although long and our kids couldnt remember it). We ended up not even going to ocean except by public beach as it was quite a walk. However we LOVED being on the bay side and the pool and very large hot tub was awesome! Our kids loved it better than any other place we had been! it was also cool to be at the pool and watch boats go by, VERY RELAXING! And just what we wanted! The room itself was nice enough, very basic though. It was on the cheaper side of pricing so I didnt expect it to be as modern as others. No thrills and very little pans (we couldnt even find a pizza sheet or cookie sheet. We also had trouble with TVs - so many remotes, we couldnt figure them out! So no tv for us, but it was fine... we were so tired from being outside. Overall loved the place.. mostly because of the location to the pool /hot tub, evening swims, and relation!

We booked our stay randomly at airport with the help of Stay Holiday rentals E-Magazine, I am a old subscriber of that website in the beginning we don\'t know anything about the owner and the property but with the help of E-Magazine we get to know everything about the property that they are using proper precautions or not they verified everything for us and this is very helpful and after that when we reach the host is amazing Mr.Brown helped us a lot to settle down everything by there own which is very amazing and so kind will love to visit this place again.- Stephnie
