The ultimate in luxury 2215 Windsor II newly remodeled this one-bedroom villa sits on lavishly landscaped grounds with an oceanfront location that offers the latest in architectural design and tastefully appointed furnishings. The dramatic views to the Atlantic Ocean are embellished with picturesque live oaks and palm trees from these villas that are set back aesthetically from the ocean. You will enjoy the beautifully landscaped gardens with walkways, lagoons, and fountains. Breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean can be found throughout this fine complex. In the last few years Windsor I and ll have had a 6 million dollar upgrade to the building and grounds making it truly the premier oceanfront property in Hilton Head.
 
It is no wonder that visitors are drawn to the island's exceptional natural beauty, but equally impressive are the area's enormous variety of activities and recreational amenities, including golf courses with signature names of Trent Jones, Dye, Nicklaus, Player, Hills, and Fazio. For tennis buffs, Palmetto Dunes has been ranked as one of the top 50 tennis resorts in the country, with 28 tennis courts. Bicyclists and joggers enjoy an entire network of trails. Water sports include power and sail boats, canoeing and kayaking, fresh and salt walter fishing just to name a few. 
 
For a real change of pace, sit back and relax on your oceanfront balcony or set sail on a sunset cruise around the island. Sunrises are magnificent and easily enjoyed in bed if you are an early riser. Shopping and dining on Hilton Head are a sure bet with more than 300 shops and 200 restaurants. On-call shuttle service for free transportation within the resort and nearby sites. As a de-stressor, this island resort cannot be beat.
 
Villa Description - our Windsor Place II condominium sleeps four privately, features ocean views from the master bedroom and living room as well as the private porch. The master has a king sized bed, two night stands, triple dresser, chest of drawers, and a 32 inch flat panel color television with cable. Television service for 63 high-quality channels, 46 music channels, and 38 HD channels. Wifi is available in the villa and it is also available in the pool area. Access to the private porch with a table and four chairs and a chaise. The master bath has a jetted whirlpool tub, shower, vanity, toilet, and large walk-in closet.
 
The living area has a queen-sized sleeper sofa, two leather recliners, coffee table, end tables, and a flat screen 37 inch flat panel LCD television with cable/DVD/CD/VHS/HD Wifi/and 63 high-quality channels. It also has access to the private porch and plenty of cabinets for storage. There is also a coat closet for hanging items.
 
The dining area accommodates four. The kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops, stainless steel refrigerator, stainless electric stove and oven, telephone with unlimited calling (including Canada & Puerto Rico) Voice Mail and Caller ID, microwave oven, sink with disposal, coffe pot, dishwasher, cooking utensils, and place setting for eight. An assortment of start up dish detergent, laundry detergent and bathroom soaps along with all sheets and towels are provided. Beach towels will need to be provided by the renters. There is a counter in the kitchen with two stools across from the sink area. The utility closet has a stack washer/dryer, ironing board and iron. Internet (secured with password)is also provided. The villa has 1195 square feet of living space. The villa is located on the third level. The parking area is the first level where you can easily unload into the elevator. A trash shute is easily accessible located next to the elevator on each floor. We have a keyless entry so a code is provided upon final payment.  
 
The master bath has a large jaccuzi tub, granite counter tops, large shower and master walk-in closit. The second bath contains a large shower, granite counter top vanity, and toilet. The owner's storage in the first level garage has two bicycles, beach toys, and rafts for children, two sun umbrellas, and plenty of beach chairs. The building also has elevator service from the ground-level garage.
 
The beautifully designed pool area has adult and children's zero entry pool, hot tub, dressing/bath rooms facilities, two new gas grills, WiFi is also available in the pool area. Large sunning areas around the pool deck, Gazebo's, water features for kids, chaise lounges,  and lots of shade provided by the gazebo and Palm trees. The beach is just seconds away..
 
Palmetto Dunes and Hilton Head Island have almost every activity imaginable from recreation to shopping to exercise and restaurants. Palmetto Dunes Shuttle is available traveling throughout the property during peak season.
 
Free Wifi, 2  pools. The Dunes Buggy provides courtesy transportation servicing Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove from April 1-September 30. This is an on-demand service and vehicles will be dispatched first-come, first served based on requests received.

Lots of room to spread out. 1195 feet that does not include private balcony with table and chairs and 1 lounge chair. We call this the nature view of Windsor 11. Look directly onto the ocean and see people frolicking on the beach. Relax in a cushioned chaise with a book and listen to the ocean. Property includes a locker with 2 beach bikes, beach chairs and umbrella's that you are welcome to use on the beach. Or umbrella chaises can be rented. The beach is very private with a very low volume of people compared to the beaches by Coligny, The Holiday Inn, and Sea Crest.
Do not miss the lovely Bike ride to Shelter Cove (the bike trail takes you under the road to Shelter Cove or bike the gorgeous homes of Sea Lane and Mouring Buoy. We think the prettiest lane is Sea Lane (see map) the oak trees and homes are amazing.
Free WIFI.even at the pools and hot tub. 2 Gas grill at the pool with covered portico and tables and chairs to dine. Owner managed so no management fee's.
What makes this Villa unique
Palmetto Dunes has more than 3 miles of uncrowned beach. It is great for families or just curling up with a book and relaxing with the ocean. There are also so many restaurants that we can walk or bike to. Alexander's Waterfront Dining is right on the lagoon or we love walking to The Buoy Beach Bar just a short walk from the villa. We also love renting a pontoon boat at Shelter Cove and taking a picnic to watch the dolphins. Experience Shelter Coves shops and restaurants. Always something to do nightly with Harbor Fest, live shows, Parriot Palooza night, movie night, fireworks, and so much more. Buy locally grown fruits and vegetables at the farmers market Thursday mornings or take in a show at the Fine Arts Center of Coastal Carolina. Shelter Cove is the largest marina on Hilton Head Island it has 178 boat slips for boats up to 170 feet in length. Every conceivable water sport may be enjoyed from inshore and offshore fishing charters. Sports crabbing, Sailing, Catamaran Tours, Surf Lessons, Kayaks, Mermaid, Pirate ship cruises, and many more All can be found at Shelter Cove.
Another great benefit that I love about our villa is the balcony does not have afternoon sun. Cocktails and card games are enjoyed often while listening to the ocean.

Great week at HH


Have stayed on this property several years in a row. Unit is well maintained, well equipped, very clean and comfortable. Working with Dan and Margaret has always been easy as they do everything possible to make your stay pleasurable. Hope to stay in their unit again in the future. Have never gone in late September and found it to be terrific. Wonderful weather, less crowds and traffic, and the ease of getting into restaurants was really nice. Love Palmetto Dunes and all it has to offer.

Windsor ll is a beautiful villa with great amenities. The walk to the beach can be long if you are carrying beach chairs and umbrellas but the access is easy

Hilton Head Island is very family friendly offering a wide variety of activities for the young and elderly alike. We drove around the island this time, as this is our 4th visit to Hilton Head and believe Palmetto Dunes is the most beautiful with easy access to a wide array of activities at Shelter Cove right across the highway from the entrance. Shelter Cove offers bike rentals, kayak and boat rentals, boat cruises, children’s live entertainment every evening, shops and restaurants. This property is absolutely beautiful! The grounds, the pool, the beach area are all like a Caribbean oasis. The property is secured, well maintained, very roomy, well furnished and comes with all the amenities and “extras” you would need. The owners are very accessible if needed. Wonderful vacation!
