The residence is at the 32nd floor and has therefore a stunning view over the ocean and Miami Beach.
 
The Setai Hotel is a Member of the LEADING HOTELS IN THE WORLD. It offers 3 swimming pools with different temperature, in room service, towels are offered at the pools and beach. front desk service. It is located in the heart of South Beach and most of the Restaurants are within walking distance.
 
The apartment is fully furnished, decorated and equipped. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room.
Linen, soap, towel, cookware, dishes is provided.
Spa Treatments can be ordered through the Spa which is located above the gymnasium, overlooking pools.
 
The hotel's exquisite restaurant (The Restaurant at The Setai) is run by Chef Mathias Gervias, formerly Joël Robuchon & Hotel Metropole, Monaco.
 
Guest access
The quest will be treated like any other Hotel guest and is able to enjoy all the amenities offered by the Hotel.
 
All services on the property can be charged to your room account.
All the facilities of the Setai are available to you with no extra charge.

The BEST trip we have taken to Miami of the many times we have been here. The apartment is in the best hotel in the best location in South Beach. It’s a perfect combination - residence living with hotel comforts. The apartment is very stylish - beautifully decorated with art and a full kitchen. The view over South Beach is beautiful. The 32nd floor apartment at the Setai Residences is a perfect getaway in Miami Beach. With all the Setai amenities — specially the pool and beach, it also provides easy walking access to local restaurants and the fabulous Rosetta bakery, The Bass Museum, shopping, and markets to be able to also cook and eat at home. Gertraud was a great host, leaving amenities like coffee and even fresh milk and ice cream! Communication was super prompt and check-in and out were very flexible.
