Very safe, quit neighborhood. Franklin Park (The Big Play) and the Brevard municipal pool are both within one block.
 
Getting around
Downtown, Brevard College, coffee shop, shopping, restaurants, grocery store, and several churches are all within easy walking distance.

Great studio near downtown Brevard


Our family spent the weekend here while picking up our son from camp. The studio easily accommodated 4 people and it was a bonus that it was dog friendly. Robert greeted us when we arrived and showed us the place. There were some nice extra touches including fruit, muffins, crackers and a Keurig coffee maker with lots of pods, sugar/sweeteners, and half and half. It was very close to Franklin park and a short walk to downtown. I’d happily stay there again.
