Seawind is located at 401 E. Beach Boulevard, just a short walking distance from The Hangout and many festivals including Hangout Music Festival and Shrimpfest. Leave the car parked at the condo while you leisurely stroll to all things fun! There are also lots of great restaurants and shopping in close proximity. Such a convenient location to everything!.
 
Seawind 704 is unique in that it is one of the few units in the building with a double sized balcony. It is a full 50 feet, wraparound, corner balcony for enjoying breathtaking sunsets and views for miles. Three different doors open up to this massive balcony; both king bedrooms as well as the living room have direct access. The plush, new patio furniture provides comfortable seating for watching and listening to the waves crash to shore.
 
In addition to the two king bedrooms, there is a bunk room that's perfect for the kiddos. They will love their accommodations as well as the zero entry pool and splash pad. The queen sleeper sofa can also accommodate a couple of guests, making the condo sleep a total of 8 people. Make gourmet meals or simple snacks in the well-stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Either dine inside or at the patio table while watching for dolphins. There are TVs in each bedroom plus the living room. You don't have to pack so many clothes because there is a full-sized washer and dryer for your use.
 
Our beach home is just that...a home. We welcome you to our home and hope you will love Gulf Shores as much as we do.
 
Additional Property Information
Seawind charges $25 for each parking pass. There is a maximum of two vehicles allowed during your stay. Guests will purchase the pass upon arrival at the complex. PLease note that they ONLY accept cash for the parking fees.

We are Jackie and John Conner, who live in Mountain Home, Arkansas. We were married in 1985 and began visiting the Gulf coast when first married. We always dreamed of having a home in Gulf Shores and finally the dream came true. We now own a place for rest and relaxation; a place with plenty of sunshine, sugar white sand beaches and the sound of the waves crashing to shore...or in our opinion, paradise! Come see and experience for yourself what lured us to the area. We are excited to share our Alabama beach getaway with you.

Terms & Conditions

$50 cancellation fee on all rentals. If you must cancel your stay, notice must be given 60 days prior to your arrival date to insure a refund of your full deposit minus the $50.00 cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY CHECKOUTS. Cancellations or early checkouts due to inclement weather DO NOT warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
 
Hurricane Policy - We will refund ONLY unused days rent in the event of a mandatory evacuation. Cleaning and other fees are not refundable.

Policies
Must be at least 21 years old to rent. Absolutely no smoking and no pets.
 
When a deposit is required, it will be held as a damage deposit and will NOT be applied to rent. This deposit is refundable within two (2) weeks of departure, providing there has been no damage to the unit or its contents. Please report IMMEDIATELY UPON CHECK-IN any damage, otherwise, it may be deducted from your deposit. If damages in excess of security deposit must be pursued through an attorney, or if litigation ensues, you will be responsible for attorney's fees in addition to other damages recovered by the owners. If payment is made by credit/debit card, the card information will be held in lieu of a deposit.
 
Additional Info
There will be a 3% convenience fee added to all payments using debit cards, credit cards or PayPal. If there is time to mail your payment to arrive at least 45 days before your stay, a check, cashier's check or money order will be accepted. No convenience fee applies to the payments being mailed in.

The Perfect Weekend Getaway!


This was the perfect weekend getaway that we needed for our family trip. This condo is in a perfect location and only 1 minute to the Hangout. The condo is very perfectly decorated and super homey feeling. The huge patio is so relaxing to walk out on and enjoy the view and it has plenty of furniture to sit on! Our Saturday unfortunately got rained on a little bit so we didn\'t get to spend too much time on the beach but Jackie was very gracious to let us have a later check out on Sunday. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!

The best vacation ever!


I had a great time on my vacation! The condo was very clean and beautiful, the view was absolutely amazing, security and everyone on the property were very friendly and helpful, and of course the beach was gorgeous as always!! I would definitely recommend Coastal Serenity for the perfect getaway!

Perfection!


My daughters and I visited Gulf Shores for the first time and stayed in #704. It was just fantastic! Absolutely gorgeous and spotless! I loved the decor so much. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Plenty of room, great kitchen, comfortable beds, GORGEOUS VIEW and all the comforts of home. It made our trip even better! I loved having the huge wrap-around balcony AND sliding doors to the ocean view in not one but THREE of the rooms. Couldn\'t have asked for a nicer place! It was also SO great to have our laundry DONE before we left, I didn\'t have to deal with a ton of laundry when we returned home. Jackie was wonderful to work with and so informative. I can\'t wait to stay in 704 again. We miss it already! Highly recommend!.

Amazing condo and outstanding views


We recently stayed at #704 and everything was perfect. Upon arrival the condo was spotless and had everything we needed. I felt like I was at home the whole time we were there. Comfortable beds, plenty of blankets and one of my favorite things were the washer and dryer in unit. The views from the balcony were breath taking, my husband and I enjoyed coffee out there every morning and we actually saw dolphins out swimming in the Gulf every morning as well. It was perfect and Jackie was so great to work with in booking the condo. We will definitely be back to #704!

Most relaxing vacation ever!


We stayed back in July and Loved it! I was excited when we arrived and we had two master bedrooms with King size beds and both had a beach view! We were with in walking distance of shops and restaurants. Also if you like to grill they have 3 grills down next to the pool so u don’t even have to get ready to go out and eat if you don’t want to:) can’t wait to go back:) Jackie is so easy to deal with and It was easy booking with her.
