The best of it all..... The top floor Master Suite that is top of the line for that 5 star feeling of relaxation and privacy during your vacation. We especially love this area, as it enables us to gather many friends and family down to spend time together, but when we want time to ourselves, we can escape to this gorgeous huge area to enjoy some down time. Whether it be lying in the King size bed, or in your personal living area, watching the large HDTV.... It is sure to make you feel like you are at a High End resort.
 
** Please note- Pricing that appears on this site for the OFF- SEASON months is set for occupancy of 2 guests, as we do not want to deter renters in the off-season from renting by having it priced at maximum occupancy level. Therefore, if your party has more than 2 guests, a $15 per person per night "additional bed" fee will be added to your quote. Thank you for understanding, as we want to be inclusive of all size groups!***

At Sound Investment, you have a brief walk to the beach, and we don't mean a long tiring walk that requires special shoes and back packs.... WE MEAN JUST A SHORT, EASY STROLL!!
 
Sound Investment is located on the highly desired South End of the Island, near the sound, the boat landing, the golf course, tennis courts, and sunset viewing restaurants!
 
This is the perfect home, for those that want to be close to the beach, yet be able to come home and relax outside of the hustle and bustle of the Main drag. Here, you are provided a large, scenic yard, nestled in amongst the trees. You will feel safe with the kids at play outside while you are grilling up dinner on one of our grills!

Edisto August Vacation


We had a great trip. The home was an easy walk to the sound or beach. We drove a short distance to the beach as my husband had a foot injury but it was about a 5 minute walk to the sound via the bike path. The bike path was directly behind the home and I used it daily to walk. We enjoyed riding our bikes each morning and loved seeing the deer and raccoons. We loved the huge master area and bonus room upstairs. The downstairs area was roomy. We felt comfortable relaxing in the home. The outside shower was great to rinse off the sand when we returned from the beach. I loved sitting on the screen porch and watching the deer and people on the bike path. The tree backyard was beautiful with the moss. W are already planning our next trip.
