We can make arrangements for smaller groups and smaller rates pending the time of the year or dates. We have great experience packages with Yachts, limousine, beverage tours and party bus or transportation services to and from our rentals.
 
Rates vary on group size and will vary with larger groups and depending types of groups.
We have based rates in off season for smaller groups 20 or less in 1st quarter.

This beautifully furnished, well appointed 9,500-square-foot home includes: 8 bedrooms featuring queen size beds and pull-out sofas, with 6 bathrooms. 
 
One full kitchen and a fully equipped kitchenette. 
This house features wonderful, open multi-purpose rooms, and the lower level features a club like atmosphere 
 
This home comes fully equipped  with all linens, blankets, towels, etc... steam shower, gas fireplace, gas grill, comfortable outdoor and poolside furnishings, big screen TV/DVD, stereo, and laundry facilities. 
 
Getting out and about... Travel 10 minutes South to Grand Haven, the great Coast Guard  shopping, entertainment and all the great sites this town has to offer. Take a walk on the Grand Haven Pier and watch the beautiful West Michigan sunsets!. 
 
Take a drive to Muskegon, 15 minutes away and checkout The Lake House Waterfront Grill on Muskegon Lake! Try one of their awesome appetizers, famous 1/2 pound mouth watering burger, or wonderful Lake Michigan grilled salmon. 
 
Hike the several miles of awesome sand dunes the area has to offer, or create your own adventure on the hundreds of miles of the Lake Michigan shoreline!

Weddings and events with shuttle service and officiant available offsite (not on this Property).
 
We often get calls for weddings at this location .....Your family is welcome to stay and use this location and we have many options for very inexpensive ceremony and receptions locations. NO WEDDINGS, or RECEPTIONS are allowed for stay here but the ceremony and reception we prefer off site .. we have other nearby locations that can be found on our site under weddings that offer use for a low as $100 and include outside use and everything you can imagine.
 
Amenities include: 
Bedroom layout as follows 8 bedrooms with queen size beds, additional pull-out sofa in master bedroom and tv room, 6 bathrooms, kitchen and various multi-purpose rooms. 
 
Inground 1400 square foot pool, 12 ft diameter jacuzzi, kids wading pool, illuminated tennis / basketball court/ sand volleyball court/
 
NOTE DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS 
Policy for prep cleaning is due and paid with your reservation.
Policy for damage deposit is to deposit $2500 in check if paid 20 days prior or money order if less than 20 days prior this covers any extra cleaning or damages.
 
Balances are due 45 days prior
Pre check in agreement is due with balance signed and sent prior to arrival.
 
We also prefer the booking person only to complete walkthrough then guests can join after walkthrough which is completed at times agreed upon prefer 4pm please.

fun place to stay


We had a wonderful time staying at the mansion Frank made it very easy for us to plan and coordinate. The home was amazing and beautiful view from every room. We spent most of our time by the pool and hot tub, it was very relaxing and private. Definitely going back and can\'t wait to spend another week next year at the mansion

The stay was nice and clean. I especially love the beachfront view. Also the pool and hot tub was very relaxing and clean. My kids loved it Especially the air hokey table. Highly recommending this location to all my friends and family and would return again and again. Also very good customer service.
