Description

This Condo is newly renovated. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 and a half baths. It sleeps 5 people, and has 2 reserved parking spots. It has a front patio upstairs, and a larger deck in the back and an all new upper level sun deck. It is a piers walk to the best part of East Beach and walking distance to Crab Trap, Crabdaddy's, King and Prince, and is very close the the village. Its fully furninshed and includes washer and dryer. The location is at the end of olive way, right next to East Beach and the Coast Guard station. No pets allowed!! Please call me with any questions.
 
Fall/ Winter rates: $135 per night, $700 per week, $1200 per month.
 
Summer rates: $150 per night, $1000 per week, $2400 per month.

100% refund within 24 hours after booking (provided the stay is at least 60 days away).
100% refund of the amount paid (minus the booking fee*) if cancelled at least two weeks before check-in.

Adorable and accommodating


This two-story townhouse is so cute and it had everything we could have needed. It was a short and easy walk to the beach and only a few minutes drive into town for restaurants and shopping. The owner was sweet and answered all of my questions. Be aware that Wi-fi and cell service are spotty, but I\'m pretty sure that applies to most of the island because it was an issue last year too when we stayed quite a bit farther inland. I had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Most favorite condo ever...


We stay at 210 Olive Way sometimes multiple times a year. Love, love, love this place. Condo is very inviting and comfortable. Love the outdoor spaces and short walk to the beach, close to the village. Bonnie is amazing to work with, always very accommodating. Can\'t wait to plan our next stay. Thanks again Bonnie.

Another Great Visit!


Enjoyed a quick weekend get-away to my favorite SSI condo! Condo was very clean and welcoming, as usual, when we arrived. Noticed a few updates, and especially appreciated the new smart TV in the living room. Weather was beautiful, lots of people (but not too many) on the beaches. Enjoyed another delicious dinner at Half Shell. Thank you, Bonnie, for a great place to stay when we visit SSI!
