WE ARE DOG LOVERS! We are 1 MILE from Market COMMON 40 Beautiful Stores & Grounds all PET FRIENDLY, 12 Restaurants most with outdoor seating PET FRIENDLY. Stroll with your "buddy" and dine with them too! PLEASE tellus Breed,Age,Sex and number of dogs traveling. IF NONE tell US! We supply WASHER/DRYER and LINENS, TOWELS SEE RATE/OTHER FEE SECTION View from our terrace of the ocean is Panoramic!!! We operate a Secured WIFI network for the use of our guests. There are 4 beach chairs, a fully equipped kitchen,a gate that keeps doggie on first floor (please use).
 
This condo is located on beautiful Springmaid Beach next to Myrtle Beach State Park and only a ten minute drive from the Myrtle Beach airport. There are 3 restaurants 2 on the beach, all within walking distance of Condo.
Damon's with a huge bar and dining on beachfront. At the NEW HILTON Hotel DOUBLETREE there are 2 great new restaurants, OCEAN BLUE RESTAURANT and LOUNGE and SOUTHERN TIDE BAR & GRILL Available  Activities include Para sailing, Jet Ski Rentals, Paddle Boats, Horseback Riding (winter), Golfing. Less than 1 mile from the condo is MARKET COMMONS at MYRTLE BEACH.. which has 40 high-end stores, 10 restaurants and a 14-Plex movie theater Our Condo only is less than 15 minutes from Broadway at the Beach and 25 minutes from Barefoot Landing. There are numerous restaurants, theme parks, live country music theaters, miniature golf and regulation golf courses in
the Myrtle Beach area.We are 10min from the GIANT FERRIS WHEEL and ZIP TOWER ..Everyone will find something they like and all will enjoy.
 
We are only 90 minute drive to Charleston SC some say the most beautiful city in the United States IF PETS ARE TRAVELING WITH YOU,CONDO ASSOC REQUIRES BREED, SEX ,AGE, WEIGHT & NUMBER WHEN U EMAIL. Loved it!


My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. Our pup also enjoyed his vacation. . .he loves walking on the beach, so this was a great choice for us. The condo had everything we needed. And such a nice view of the ocean! The owner let us check in a little early, which we appreciated, in addition to being very easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this condo!

Great Location, Property, and Owners


If you\'re looking for Myrtle Beach, you\'d be hard pressed to find a better place anywhere on the beach. There are many crowded towers to pick from but if you\'re looking for peace and privacy while enjoying the beach, this is the place. Great view and super friendly owners give the feel that you\'re not in someone else\'s home, but your own. Definitely the perfect place for a family! Would definitely re book here!!!

Great place! We enjoyed new stay!


This was a new stay for us we had always stayed at the same property for years but were looking to take our small dog along. This is a great place if traveling with your fur baby. Property owners very accommodating. We made contact with them a couple of times and they were quick to respond. The property had lots of room and was perfect for our family. Loved having two bathrooms. Everything you could possibly need is just at your finger tips. We really love the Beach area here it is very quiet and clam. We were able to leave all our stuff under the stairs after coming in from the beach each afternoon and that was great! This area is close enough to everything either way you go..towards Murrells Inlet or to Barefoot Landing. Just kindly in the middle! We really loved our new stay and hope to return!

Loved being close to the beach and the third floor view.


The owners included little items such as bathroom soap and coffee filters which was so helpful when you are traveling but want to feel as much at home as possible. Loved the sea home decor and cozy kitchen. I was relieved that we could bring our young dog also. Overall very thankful we chose this condo.
