Spacious master bedroom has a plush king sized bed.   Galley kitchen is well supplied and leads out to private yard with comfortable seating.  Washer and dryer is exclusive to the guest quarters.  Parking is off street and directly in front of the property.  Flat screen t.v.'s in living rooms and bedrooms. 
 
This property is in a neighborhood of homes that range from $400,000 to well over 1 million dollars.  This is a lovely place to ride a bike and take long walks.  Restaurants of all kinds, as well as bars, food stores, and malls are within 15 minute drive. The lovely town of Lauderdale-By-The Sea, with fishing pier, gorgeous beach and numerous restaurants is 10 minutes North. 
 
Each bedroom has an excellent king sized bed. 3 Guests maximum.  Extra charge for additional guests.

Hello! I am Lynda Brown and I manage this property for my family. We have been doing short term rentals for many years in a variety of locations. This property, located in East Wilton Manors (also considered East Fort Lauderdale) and is close to all the wonderful things that South Florida has to offer. Downtown Wilton Manors is also just a 10 minute drive. Ft. Lauderdale, with entertainment galore and natural as well as human-made beauty, is just outside your door.

This property is well located and welcomes your pet. Spacious and lovingly furnished, it is reasonably priced for your escape to South Florida! The space feels great! Private laundry and yard! Terrific location with easy access to all South Florida has to offer. Come and enjoy. If you should happen to bring your dog, the yard is securely fenced and private. Perfect for sun bathing and relaxing, for humans and dogs. There may be an added pet fee; please tell me about the pet or pets you are bringing.

Absolutely awesome place


This is an absolutely fantastic rental with a perfectly secluded back yard to relax in. Situated close to the beach and everything else. Rental is well maintained and has everything you would need for your stay. And then there is Lynda. She is a dynamite host and is there for anything you may need. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat and recommend it to everyone! Thanks Lynda for a wonderful stay.

Great place and location


This was a wonderful place to stay. Lynda was a welcoming and informative hostess. She even took time out of her busy schedule to allow us to check in early as the unit was ready by noon. Very and thoughtful and accommodating of her. She is very approachable and was easy to communicate with throughout the stay. Everything in the listing was accurate and there were a lot of other amenities not mentioned. It was very well equipped and clean. There were no maintenance issues. I would certainly return to this listing in the future if it was available. Thanks Lynda!!
