Whole Foods, Fresh Market, Trader Joe's,  numerous restaurants and bars, cinemas, shopping malls, electronic stores and so much more are within short (less than 10 minutes) driving distance.   The sweet town of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, with it's gorgeous fishing pier and awesome restaurant and bar district,  is 10 minutes drive North.  Downtown Wilton Manors; 10 minutes away!  Ft. Lauderdale and Las Olas Night life are 15 minutes drive South.  All are abundant with bars, restaurants, entertainment venues, and interesting shopping.  
 
Medical needs? No problem, there are  three major hospitals and multiple pharmacies nearby. 
 
Spacious and private, this home has tiled flooring,  flat screen t.v.'s in both bedrooms and living room and  WiFi and cable TV are included. The large open living room leads to the dining area and galley kitchen and then out to the private patio and fenced yard and  barbecue spot.   Plush king sized beds make for a great night's sleep.    Ample off street parking.  2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom.  The yard is private, fenced and secure.  Your dog is welcome.  There may be extra security required for pets.  3 guests at listed price.
 
Are you a "beach person"?  If yes, we have beach towels, umbrellas, coolers and beach chairs: all you will need for hanging out on one of our gorgeous beaches. 
 
There are busy spots and quiet spots.  Just ask us!  
 
Are you traveling with a child under 2 years old?  We have a wonderful resource for cribs, walkers, etc. and are happy to pick up and deliver for our busy guests, so that what you need will be here after travel. 
 
 This home is located in a lovely neighborhood for walking and or bike riding.  The homes range in price from $450,000 to over a million.  The neighborhood to the North is called "Coral Gardens".  Directly across the street is the Cabanas Guest House, a resort with an excellent following.  Spa and pool use is available at reasonable cost.  
 
We are literally 5 minutes drive from food, groceries, and shopping of all kinds!  10 minutes to the beach! This is an easy and comfortable place to land.

This property, located in East Wilton Manors (also considered East Fort Lauderdale) and is close to all the wonderful things that South Florida has to offer. Winter in Wilton


The home was great. Spacious, clean and well equipped. The owners were super friendly and responsive. We mentioned trouble with the TV and they were over within days with two new TV\'s. It was a great stay for us. I would definitely recommend this property.

Outstanding experience


I have been to many Homeaway and Airbnb places but this was one of the best experience. My wife, I and our dog had an amazing time here, we even extended our stay for 3 more weeks. A lot of great spots are very close to the house. Like the beach, a great gym, Whole Foods etc. Lynda is an angel. She is fun and was taking very good care. The house is very clean, has a beautiful backyard and is very well equipped, it even has a high quality blender. A true home away from home


I spent 2 wonderful weeks in Lynda’s home this summer. I couldn’t believe how very quickly the whole family felt at home! Not only were the pictures accurate, but the kitchen had lots of gadgets and gizmos to cook almost anything you can think of. The property was spotless! Walking in the door, I was anticipating a certain level of pet scents in the air....but there wasn’t!!! No smell, no scent, not even a hint that another animal had ever been there. While my daughter was taking special effects makeup classes at Cosmix Makeup School, I spent most of my relaxing, scrapbooking, making runs to Michael’s, and binging on Netflix from the big screen TVs. It was the most relaxing vacation of my life. As if that wasn’t enough, the beds were fabulous....so fresh and comfy. I awoke every morning feeling thoroughly rested and refreshed. The last little nugget of joy was the happy little visit from Lynda and her sweet pooch, Ruby. When Lynda learned that my dog had gone home earlier (my hubby didn’t have two weeks off) and I was missing her, she asked if I wanted some time with Ruby. Yes! That sweet little girl was just the cherry on top of my sundae! I would 100% absolutely recommend this property to anyone. Lean, comfy, and close to everything. What more could you want?!?! Great location, spacious, and comfortable


The condo is exactly as advertised. The location is very convenient to the beach, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Lynda is a generous, kind, and helpful host. We had a lovely stay and would stay here again.
