Perfect getaway


We had such an amazing trip all thanks to Tami opening up her home. Tami is very prompt with her messaging and a delight to work with. The home itself if beautiful, exactly as described right on the water. Manatees come right up to the dock in the backyard, so cool! The kayaks and fishing were so much fun! We stayed for 5 days and my only regret was not staying longer, A great place to visit!

Wonderful place!

We were looking for somewhere between St. Pete and Tampa and this was ideal! Kitchen and baths were nicely equipped with basic necessities. Publix was less than 5 minutes away. Screened in patio was wonderful.

Our first visit to the Tampa area and we were lucky enough to find this property. It was clean, comfortable, and so welcoming. You could barbeque, canoe, kayak, or fish or just relax and enjoy the beautiful inlet it sits on. This was our first experience and it was a great example of what a should be.

Great house and location


We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your house. Sitting on the screen porch in the mornings and evenings was very relaxing. If we had more free time we would have used the various canoes/kayaks. The dogs loved running around in the backyard. One of them was even brave enough to go onto the floating dock. We will definitely consider this house again when we return to Tampa.

Amazing Little Getaway!


We stayed here with another couple and it was just the right size. We loved the open kitchen/family room area and the screened back deck. The home is waterfront on a little channel to the bay, so we enjoyed sitting on the dock by the water as well. The kayaks and canoe were a great addition, so we did spend a few afternoons rowing around on the water. The only con was that the house shakes slightly since it is on stilts, which was only noticeable at night when we were in bed if someone else in the house moved. We visited in Jan, so it was very quiet. There is a Publix and other stores/places to eat very close by. We would definitely rent this home again if we come back to the area.

Amazing Views!


This is our second stay with these owners, and the locations of the properties can\'t be beat. With a water view from every room, this home is spacious both inside and out. As we stayed over Christmas, we especially loved having an extra refrigerator downstairs! What matters most to us is cleanliness, and this place was spotless! The location is so close to a grocery store, as well as a drug store and other shopping. Great little restaurants are close by as well, but when you can have dinner at the table on the dock, why leave?!?
