Fully furnished redecorated old house with all kitchen appliances and air conditioning. It is conveniently located both near the beach and town center. The town center is no more than 10 nimutes walk. All shops are there. Along the sea promenade you will find many restaurants, cafe, playground or you can go fishing. The town itself is located at the edge of the Amfilochia bay on the west coast of Greece and is built amfitheatrically around the bay giving the feeling of an island. During summertime there are festivals and happenings like theaters, concerts or dances and shows.The property is built on 500 square meters of land on a smooth slope. The house has a master bedroom, a second bedroom, living room, hallway, kitchen, two bathrooms and appliances room. The surrounding garden has many trees (olive, lemon, almond, orange, fig tree,pear tree, tangerine, orange, bay, medlar and laurel) giving good shade to sit and enjoy. It is located near a waterland nature reserve and the sea is excellent for sailing, canoeing or fishing. There is also a canoe for our guests to use. A marina is within walking distance from the property where the guests can dock boats. Sailing boats are available at a nearby town of Lefkas. Excellent starting point for local trips to the mountains, the west coast and the Ionic islands Corfu,Lefkas, Ithaca, Kefalonia Paxoi and others. It is also convenient to visit other summer resorts around like Astakos, Paleros Preveza Parga ect. A brand new motorway makes travelling to and from Amfilochia much faster and allows for day trips inland to explore the rich beauty of villages, towns, antiquities and nature. The nearest airport is Preveza international airport, less than one hour away . There will always be a complimentary basket with local produce for all our guests, including our own extra virgin olive oil and olives. Although the property is self catering, we will also leave some breakfast food for you, so you do not have to run to the supermarket as soon as you arrive. We are confident you will enjoy your stay.
