This home is one of the nicest vacation homes you will ever see!! It has a south-facing pool so you can maximize your enjoyment of all the wonderful Florida sunshine.
 
The house is on a hill and the back yard is not overlooked.  Additionally there are 5' hedges along each side of the yard, giving you plenty of privacy during your stay, to enjoy your private pool with spillover spa.
 
The outside area also includes:
- 32" t.v.
- electric BQ
- cushioned furnishings including 4 loungers, 2 recliners, and 6 chairs around a large table
 
The back yard has been custom landscaped so you have your own private tropical paradise to enjoy, including palm trees, citrus trees, bird of paradise, bougainvillea, hibiscus, etc. The gardens are also lit at night so you can enjoy sitting out in the evenings.
 
The bedrooms are as follows:
- 3 king beds (2 with private ensuites)
- 1 Queen bedroom (on main floor)
- 1 Twin bedroom with 2 twin beds - Mickey/Minnie mouse theme
- 1 Twin bedroom with 2 twin beds - Harry Potter theme
 
Each bedroom has:
- ceiling fan
- tinted windows
- blinds AND room darkening curtains
- alarm clock
- t.v./DVD
- custom high-loft pillows
- bedside table power strip with outlets and USB ports to make it convenient to charge your devices at night
 
The games room is fully air conditioned and includes:

Best time to visit

Florida is always wonderful to visit. But if you want to choose times that are quieter, I would suggest January, early February and September.

You will find many languages in Florida but English and Spanish are the most common.

  • Please add 13.5% Florida State Sales Tax to the above rates.

  • Pool Heat (optional but recommended Dec. – March) $30/day.
  • Cleaning fee of $150 waived for 5 day or longer stay.
  • Free Electric BBQ Grill.
  • Free Baby Equipment (1 high chair, 2 strollers, 1 pack ‘n play, 1 baby listener with monitor, 1 baby gate, 1 bed rail, 1 walker).
  • Free upgraded WiFi – – password protected for your security

Booking Process:
Please check our availability calendar for the dates you are interested in. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is payable at time of booking with the balance due 90 days prior to your arrival date. If the balance is not paid, your reservation will be canceled and your deposit forfeited. For bookings made within 10 weeks of arrival date, full payment is due at time of booking. Bookings are not transferable.

Check In/Check Out:
Check in time – after 4:00 p.m. on arrival date.
Check out time – by 10:00 a.m. on departure date.
Requests for early arrival or late departure are subject to availability and an extra charge.
A security deposit of $500 is required to cover against damage in excess of normal wear and tear. This is due 90 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed, pending inspection by property management, within 3 weeks of your departure.
Owner reserves the right for a representative to enter the home for maintenance, repair or in the case of an emergency.  Every effort will be made to give reasonable notice to the guest.

Cancellations:
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and will be subject to the penalties as set out below:

  • Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival – loss of $500 deposit.
  • Cancellation between 45 – 90 days prior to arrival – loss of 50% of booked rental charge.
  • Cancellation less than 45 days prior to arrival – loss of entire booked rental charge.

Prices may change at owner’s discretion and without notice.
