It has been professionally decorated and refurbished with brand new beautiful appliances. Just renewed with new hardwood floor and all new furnishings.  A gorgeous brick wall  and 100 year old wood beams accent this cozy condo with a luxurious king size bed for an amazing sleep. Kitchen is fully equipped and fine towels and linens make for a comfortable stay. Everything nice, neat, and clean!  Big screen TV  with direct TV and premium channels. Wi-Fi is also included. 
 
Dozens of restaurants, bakery's,  shopping, Temple Square, are within walking distance. This condo is located within an hour's drive to Utah's  world class ski resorts. (Alta, Park City, Snowbird and others).  For travelers attending conventions, The Salt Palace and other convention centers are only a short 5 minute walk. Our transit system called TRAX is only a block away and is free for downtown travel.

This property was EXACTLY what we were looking for. A convenient walk to the Salt Palace, rails and nearby restaurants. Easy entry, and super nice that we had a parking spot! The interior was very clean and fun! Nice bed and linens. We cooked meals the entire week. The owner was helpful and easy to communicate with. We had no issues during our stay. Hoping to book this same place next year!

GREAT LOCATION AND CLEAN


Stayed here for 2 nights while in Salt Lake City. Centrally located in the city. Apt was clean and comfortable. Quiet nights sleep. GPS took us to a parking lot behind the building from the other street, but we figured it out.. Recommended.
